ALEBOR HANDLES MORE THAN ONE MLN TONNES OF GRAIN IN 2017

Alebor Group in 2017 transshipped more than one million tonnes of grain at elevators.
According to a report on the website of Alebor Group, since the beginning of December and as of the end of February the group had handled 136,000 tonnes of grain.
“This is the joint amount for all the elevators of our group of companies: Khrystynivsky, Voronovytsky and Chesne. This volume is about 1.5 times more than last year,” Oleksiy Tsurkan, the head of the elevator department at Alebor Group, said.
As reported, Alebor Group plans in 2018 to increase the grain storage capacity by 60%, to 315,000 tonnes.
Alebor Group was established in 2014. Its founder is businessman Oleksiy Kustov.
The group includes Voronovytsky Elevator LLC (Vinnytsia region), Khrystynivsky Elevator LLC (Cherkasy region), and Chesne Elevator LLC (Odesa region).
As of the end of 2017, the group had capacities for transshipment of more than one million tonnes of grain a year. The total capacity of the three elevators is 205,000 tonnes. They are able to accept 12,000 tonnes of grain per day, dry 10,000 tonnes per day and ship 8,000 tonnes per day (120 wagons).
