Reikartz Hotel Management LLC (Kyiv), the managing company of the national hotel chain Reikartz Hotel Group, has signed an agreement on management of Rishelyevsky apartment hotel in Kherson on 40 Rishelyevska Street. As the hotel operator reported on its website, the apart-hotel will join the chain and since September 1, 2019 will start its work under the brand Raziotel Kherson.
A hotel room capacity is 50 rooms of various categories. Infrastructure includes a conference hall that can sit 100 persons, a lobby bar, and an indoor parking under guard.
Reikartz Hotel Management was set up in 2008.
According to the Unified Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs as of August 9, 2019, the participants of the company are Volodymyr Kashutin (Lviv) with 99.89% of shares, Identex-Ukraine LLC with 0.1%. The final beneficiaries, apart from Kashutin, are Leonid Lavrentyev and Timur Rodionov.
A charter capital of the company is UAH 60,900.
Reikartz began its activity in the field of hotel services in Ukraine in 2003 after a group of Belgian architects, led by Francois Ryckaerts, had acquired an old mansion in Drukarska Street in the center of Lviv.
Reikartz Hotel Group unites 42 hotels in Ukraine and two in Sweden and Germany.
UFuture investment group of Ukrainian businessman Vasyl Khmelnytsky plans to implement residential complex construction projects as part of the innovation parks in Lviv (LvivTech.City) and Kharkiv.
“They [projects in Lviv and Kharkiv] have housing, and innovation campuses, co-working space, schools, institutes,” Khmelnytsky told Interfax-Ukraine on Wednesday.
He did not specify who will be partners in these projects, but noted that the UDP company of their UFuture group cooperates with KAN Development only in the UNIT.City project.
The launch of LvivTech.City, according to Khmelnytsky, is planned for 2020.
UDP CEO Vitaliy Melnyk told Interfax-Ukraine that the area of the residential part in LvivTech.City will be 42,000 square meters, while the parameters of housing in the Kharkiv project are not yet known.
According to Managing Partner of UNIT.City Maksym Yakover, UNIT.City is already building residential housing, and the start of sales is planned for September.
“The first phase is now nearing completion [construction at UNIT.City]. We will soon open the B10 campus, and at the end of this year or the beginning of the next year – B11. Housing construction is in full swing, the start of sales will be announced in September,” he said at a press conference.

President of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) Aleksander Ceferin has come to Kyiv on a two-day visit, the Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF) reports. “Today, on September 4, UEFA President Aleksander Ceferin has arrived in Kyiv on a two-day visit. The president of the UAF, member of the UEFA Executive Committee Andriy Pavelko met the distinguished guest, whom he personally invited to visit Ukraine,” the UAF press service reported.
It is noted that the visit of the UEFA President is very eventful and important for Ukrainian football.
Ceferin visits Ukraine for the third time in the status of UEFA President. The last time he stayed in Kyiv was during the UEFA Men’s and Women’s Champions League finals in May 2018.
