THE HORSE SHOW WILL BE HELD NEAR KYIV

On June, 8 and 9 in « The Kyivan Rus Park» a show-program «Heavenly horses», dedicated to horses of rare ancient breeds gathered from all over the world in the Princely stable will be held. Close communication with these wonderful animals and the horse-trick performances will be there for the guests. It will be possible to approach to the horses, to palm them, ride on a horseback or in a carriage. Also the guests are awaited by ancient Slavic amusements, games, round dances, master-classes, tasty dishes prepared on open fire and many interesting things from the life of our ancestors.
Ancient Kyiv opens at 10:00. The program starts at 13:30.

KHARKIV INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT SERVICES 28% MORE PASSENGERS IN MAY 2019 COMPARED WITH MAY 2018

Passenger traffic at the Kharkiv International Airport in May 2019 amounted to 114,000 people, which is 28% more than in the same period of 2018.
According to the airport press service, direct regular flights to Baku (Buta Airways), Larnaca and Barcelona (SkyUp Airlines) were launched in May, as well as seasonal flights to Monastir, Dalaman and Bodrum started.
As reported, in April 2019, the passenger traffic at the Kharkiv airport was 92,900, which is 43% more than in April 2018.
According to Director General of the Kharkiv airport Volodymyr Vasylchenko, in 2019, the airport plans to increase passenger traffic to 1.2 million people.
Kharkiv Airport has a runway with a length of 2,500 meters and a width of 50 meters. There are two passenger terminals with a capacity of 100 and 650 people per hour in its territory.
The airport is managed by DCH through New Systems AM. DCH was established on the basis of assets previously informally dubbed as the UkrSibbank Group, after two partners of this group, Oleksandr Yaroslavsky and Ernest Galiev, decided to split them.

UKRAINE INCREASES EXPORT OF POULTRY BY 42.5% – STATISTICS

Ukraine in January-May 2019 increased exports of poultry by 42.5% compared to the same period of 2018, to 176,800 tonnes, the State Fiscal Service has reported.
At the same time, according to its data, in monetary terms exports of these products increased by 31.8%, to $255.99 million.
Imports of poultry in January-May 2019 slightly fell, to 50,600 tonnes, in monetary terms decreased 1.4%, to $20.4 million.
According to the service, in January-May 2019 pork exports decreased 16.7%, to 767 tonnes. This product was delivered for $1.75 million, a fall of 17.9% year-over-year.
During this period, import of pork to Ukraine doubled, to 10,300 tonnes, in monetary terms it amounted to $19.1 million, which is twice more than in January-May 2018.

DTEK ENERGY PLANS TO BUILD TWO WIND FARMS IN MYKOLAIV REGION

DTEK Energy Holding plans to build two wind farms – Tylihulska wind farm LLC (in the territory of Anatolivka, Krasnopillia and Tashyne rural councils of Berezanka district of Mykolaiv region) with a capacity of 500 MW and Tylihulska wind farm 2 LLC (in the territory of Tashyne rural council) with a capacity of 65 MW, according to a register of environmental impact assessment.
Under the Tylihulska wind farm project it is planned to install up to 130 wind turbines with a capacity of 3.9-6 MW 700-1,500 meters far from each other. The height of the tower is 105-157 meters.
In addition, it is planned to build up to 10 110/35 kV substations, a 35 kV and /or 110 kV overhead power line of 100 km long, as well as 35 kV and /or 110 kV underground power lines of 150 km long.
The total construction area will be 35,000 ha.
Under the Tylihulska wind farm 2 project it is planned to install up to 17 turbines with a capacity of 3.9-6 MW 700-1,500 meters far from each other. The height of the tower is 105-157 meters. It is also planned to build a 35 kV and /or 110 kV overhead power line of 20 km long, as well as 35 kV and /or 110 kV underground power lines of 40 km long.
The total construction area will be 3,000 ha.
