Turkey has ratified a free trade agreement with Ukraine, Anadolu quoted the country’s official newspaper as saying on Friday.
The agreement was signed on Feb. 3, 2022, and President Recep Tayyip Erdogan approved the deal and its annexes on Thursday.
Turkey-Ukraine bilateral trade volume in 2023 totaled $7.3 billion, Turkish Trade Minister Omer Bolat said Thursday after meeting with Ukraine’s First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko.
According to him, the trade volume is expected to increase to $10 billion within a short period of time under the said agreement.
The main areas of trade between the two countries are ferrous metallurgy, machine building, energy, automobile and grain.
PJSC “Grave Ukraine Life Insurance” (Kiev) has increased its authorized capital from UAH 26.903 million to UAH 81.571 million, the company was notified by the Central Depository of Ukraine on July 31, according to the information posted in the system of NCSSM.
The increase of the authorized capital by UAH 54.668 mln was made at the expense of a part of the profit received by the company.
The decision on the issue was made at the shareholders’ meeting on April 15, 2024.

On August 1, the state enterprise “International Airport “Boryspil” (Kiev) announced a tender for the purchase of voluntary insurance of motor vehicles (hull insurance), according to the system of electronic public procurement Prozorro.
The expected cost of purchase of services is UAH 44.6 thousand. Security of the tender offer is not required.
The deadline for submission of bids is August 9.

A new modular township has appeared in Kherson region, it is located in Chernobaivka community, the Ministry of Reintegration reported on Saturday with reference to the Kherson OVA.
Internally displaced persons, among those who lost their homes because of Russian aggression, large families, families with children, people with disabilities, combatants, elderly people, families of fallen defenders and victims of the Chernobaevka disaster living in Kherson region can settle in the town.
The complex consists of four modules. In each of them there are 21 living rooms for 4 beds. The module has 2 showers, 2 restrooms, laundry room, play area and kitchen-dining room.
All rooms are equipped with appliances, furniture and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. For children there is a playground, where children can spend their free time in an interesting and useful way.
The new modular town is designed for simultaneous accommodation of 336 people.
