How and what can be useful to journalists, media, bloggers and opinion leaders in times of war – this was discussed by participants of a large-scale forum “Information Front of Ukraine: Vinnitsa region”, which was held on March 30 in Vinnitsa, – reports the Internet edition “Political Arena of Vinnitsa region”.
Also at the event we discussed effective practices and methods to counteract the Russian propaganda, the successful cases of dissemination of the Ukrainian position in the Western media, problems and prospects for the promotion of Ukrainian narratives in the world.
Vadim Voroshilov, a Hero of Ukraine, a military pilot, one of the best Ukrainian fighter pilots with the call sign “Karaya”, addressed the forum participants with opening remarks.
The forum was attended by the speaker of the Air Force of the AFU Yuri Ignat, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine, diplomat Valery Chaly, executive director of the “Ukrainian Institute of the Future” Vadim Denisenko, political technologist Sergei Gaidai.
“Russia has clearly lost the information war. Our country is winning in many areas on the diplomatic field. We can see this in the unprecedented support for Ukraine from the entire civilized world. All these are achievements. But they are intermediate achievements on the way to our victory. The total victory of Ukraine includes the victory on the informational front and demoralization of the aggressor”, – said Mykola Filonov at the opening of the forum.
The event was organized by the NGO “Socio-Political Monitoring Center “Vector”, NGO “We are Vinnitians”, and media holding “Vinnitsa News”.
