Centravis Production Ukraine (Nikopol, Dnipropetrovska oblast), a member of the Centravis Ltd. holding, supplies seamless stainless steel pipes to Ferrari, a sports car manufacturer in Italy.
According to a press release, the Ukrainian manufacturer has been regularly shipping pipes to the Italian automotive company in recent years. The total volume of deliveries annually amounts to about 10 thousand meters of finished products.
It is also specified that since Ferrari engines are more powerful than those of conventional cars, Italian automakers have special requirements for fuel pipes, in particular, their ability to operate under extremely high pressure, be wear-resistant, not have hidden defects, etc.
Currently, Centravis supplies Ferrari with pipes with wall thicknesses ranging from 3.5 to 5.5 mm, which are used for high-pressure fuel rails.
“Ferrari is a top-level brand. There is no room for error in cooperation with such brands, and we are pleased that we have managed to establish systematic cooperation and prove that Ukrainian quality can meet global standards,” says Artem Atanasov, Centravis Sales Director.
At the same time, it is recalled that in the fall of this year, Centravis announced the fulfillment of a special order for SpaceX (USA).
As reported, in 2023, Centravis increased its production by 12% to 12.2 thousand tons. More than 98% of its products are supplied to foreign markets. The company has exported its products to 38 countries, including Germany, Italy, the USA, Japan, South Korea, the UAE, Oman and others.
“Founded in 2000, Centravis is one of the ten largest producers of seamless stainless steel pipes in the world. Its main production facilities are located in Nikopol (Dnipropetrovska oblast). In 2023, the company opened a branch in Uzhhorod.
Centravis Holding Ltd. was established on the basis of Nikopol Stainless Pipe Plant CJSC, service and trading companies of Production and Commercial Enterprise YUVIS LLC. Its shareholders are members of the Atanasov family. Centravis Ltd. owns 100% of the shares in Centravis Production Ukraine.
