In January of this year, Unica Insurance Company (Kyiv) paid UAH 190.13 million in insurance claims, which is 30.9% more than in the same period a year earlier (UAH 145.3 million).
According to the company’s website, the total amount of insurance payments under motor insurance contracts amounted to UAH 68.29 million (+7.6% compared to January 2014), of which UAH 49.6 million (+16.1%) for hull insurance and UAH 18.67 million (+35.9%) for MTPL.
The total amount of payments under voluntary health insurance contracts amounted to UAH 84.6 million (+33.5%), property insurance – UAH 436.3 thousand, and other types of insurance – UAH 36.79 million.
