Shareholders of Pryluky Meat Processing Plant Approved Its Conversion to LLC

28 July , 2026

At a remote general meeting on July 20, the shareholders of Prilutsk Meat Processing Plant PJSC approved a resolution to convert the company into a limited liability company (LLC), according to a company filing in the disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC).

According to the filing, “Pryluky Meat Processing Plant” LLC will become the sole legal successor to the private joint-stock company, and all of the company’s assets, rights, and obligations will be transferred to it. The reason cited for the change in organizational and legal form is the shareholders’ desire to make the company’s operations more efficient and less costly.

The shares of the public joint-stock company will be converted into shares of the LLC at a ratio of 1:1, and all shareholders whose shares were not redeemed will become founders of the LLC.

To carry out the reorganization, the shareholders elected a reorganization commission, chaired by the company’s director, Artem Rozhko.

Pryluky Meat Processing Plant PJSC was registered in 2003 in Pryluky, Chernihiv Oblast, and specializes in the production of meat products. The ultimate beneficiary is Dmytro Rozhko.

According to its annual financial statements, PJSC “Pryluky Meat Processing Plant” saw its revenue grow by 79.7% in 2025—to 159.5 million UAH—while net profit rose to 9.3 million UAH from 1.8 million UAH a year earlier.
