Dniprometiz-TAS LLC (Dnipro), owned by Ukrainian businessman Serhiy Tihipko, intends to enter into a loan agreement with TAScombank (Kyiv) with a total financing limit of 400 million UAH.
According to information submitted by the company to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), the supervisory board adopted the relevant resolution to conduct significant transactions on November 2 of this year.
“By a resolution of the supervisory board of Dniprometiz-TAS LLC dated November 2, 2026, approval was granted for the company to enter into a significant transaction (approval of which falls within the supervisory board’s authority) to conclude a general credit agreement with TAScombank JSC (and, within its framework, an agreement on the provision of bank guarantees and a special loan agreement) with a general financing limit of 400 million UAH, excluding value-added tax,” the company’s statement notes.
It is further specified that six members of the supervisory board voted in favor of this decision.
The ratio of the market value of the property or services that are the subject of the transaction to the issuer’s total assets, based on the latest annual financial statements (as a percentage), is 17.78%.
As previously reported, “Dniprometiz-TAS” ended the January–September 2026 period with a loss of 6.644 million UAH, whereas for the same period last year, it reported a net profit of 11.727 million UAH. At the same time, the company’s retained earnings as of the end of September 2026 amounted to 265.131 million UAH.
In 2025, “Dniprometiz-TAS” reported a net profit of 8.961 million UAH, and in 2024, 13.963 million UAH; income from ordinary activities totaled 3 billion 453.737 million UAH (3 billion 285.688 million UAH).
“Dniprometiz-TAS” manufactures metal hardware products from low-carbon steels. The company’s production capacity is 120,000 metric tons per year.
T.A.S. Overseas Investments Limited (Cyprus) owns a 98.6578 percent stake in Dniprometiz LLC.
The authorized capital of Dniprometiz-TAS LLC is 136.480 million UAH.
