UK-based IWG Plc, a provider of flexible office solutions, will open a new Regus workspace in Kyiv, expanding its network in Ukraine to 11 locations.
Director of IWG in Ukraine Yulia Lytvynenko told Interfax-Ukraine that the new Regus will be opened in the Volodymyrsky business center on Poshtova Square in the middle of March.
“On three floors we are preparing super-comfortable, modern flexible offices. On the basement floor there will be a business club and a negotiation area, and offices on two floors higher. The highlight, surely, will be beautiful views of the Dnipro [River] on the one hand and the park on the other. The design of the location will be made in a modern style with warm colors,” Lytvynenko said.
According to her, the opening of the third Regus in Podil is due to the high interest of business in this area, especially from foreign residents of IWG. The expert evaluates positively the activity of Kyiv’s office real estate market.
“During the first wave of lockdown, we had a small outflow of residents, primarily startups that did not calculate their strength. But since the middle of last year, we have seen an influx of representatives of large corporate businesses who appreciated the advantages of hybrid office models,” Lytvynenko said.
Now the loading of IWG spaces in Ukraine is at the level of 78%, there are several large agreements to be signed.
“We expect that the download will grow to 83% by March,” she said.
IWG (formerly the Regus Group) is the global operator of leading office rental companies.
