A large apple producer Gardens of the Dnieper LLC (Podgorodnoye, Dnepropetrovsk region), growing products under the UApple trademark, exported 60 tons of apples of its own production to Sweden, Vadim Yermolaev, business owner and head of the council of the Alef corporation, said on Facebook on Tuesday.
At the same time, it is specified that we are talking about the supply of apple varieties „Gala“, „Granny Smith“, „Red Delicious“ and „Golden“.
„We urge our foreign partners to continue or start cooperation with Ukrainian companies. We are working, making every effort to ensure that the Ukrainian economy functions, employees receive salaries and the budget receives taxes. You can also support Ukraine in this way – by ordering Ukrainian products,“ Yermolaev emphasized. .
„This is not charity – it is profitable, reasonable and right to cooperate with Ukrainian business now,“ he added.
According to the data on the company’s website, „Gardens of the Dnieper“ was founded in 2016. They are one of the largest apple producing companies in Ukraine. The agricultural producer sells its products in Ukrainian retail chains, and also exports it to the EU, Asia and the Middle East. Under TM UApple, six varieties of apples are grown: Gala Schniga, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Pinova, Fuji, Red Delicious.
