On October 14, the Supervisory Board of Insurance Company “BBS Insurance” (formerly Insurance Company “Brokbusiness,” Kyiv) decided to establish a Lviv regional branch, the company reported to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC).
It is also noted that the branch is not a legal entity, will act on behalf of the company, and will begin operations after the information is entered into the Unified State Register and other legal requirements are met.
BBS Insurance has been operating in the Ukrainian insurance market for over 30 years and is represented in all regions of the country. It holds a license to conduct insurance activities in 18 classes.
