Head of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) Artem Sytnyk and Head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) Nazar Kholodnytsky are expecting the launch of the High Anti-Corruption Court and hope the Verkhovna Rada will adopt a number of bills that are important for the work of anti-corruption authorities.
At a press conference in Kyiv on Friday, Sytnyk emphasized that it is necessary to return criminal liability for illegal enrichment, as well as resolve the situation that developed after the decision of the Constitutional Court on depriving the NABU of the right to file claims under agreements in criminal proceedings.
“There is an option on how to return these powers to the NABU and the SAPO. Therefore, I hope that with the start of work of the new parliament, these bills will be adopted,” Sytnyk said.
The NABU director expressed hope that the anti-corruption court will begin its work on time, on September 5.
“We have developed a sufficiently large baggage of cases, which is now awaiting its decision in courts,” he said.
“I hope that the law on the High Anti-Corruption Court will be amended in terms of eliminating the risks of blocking its work by a very large number of cases,” the NABU director said.

“The Soniachny Provans hotel in Khmelnytsky region has become a new member and the seventh resort hotel in the Reikartz Hotel Group chain. From August 1, the hotel starts operating under the name Vita Park Soniachny Provans ” Reikartz said on its website.
According to the report, the hotel has 99 rooms of various categories, as well as a restaurant, a conference room, a swimming pool, as well as a SPA center.
“Work on the implementation of operating, sales and marketing standards is already underway. The company plans not only to develop a finished product, but also expand the range of services for guests. Soon, a full-fledged Swedish line and a team of animators will begin to work in the hotel,” the operating director of Reikartz Hotel Group, Andriy Dema, said.

Risoil S.A. Group of Companies has opened ‘Bond’ crowding pen for the motor vehicles that can afford 70 trucks at Risoil Terminal grain terminal in Chornomorsk port (Odesa region).
As the company said on Facebook, this is the second crowding pen for the vehicles due to which Risoil Terminal will accept up to 100 motor vehicles.
“The main function of the facility is the accumulation and dispatching control of the movement of the cargo vehicles following unloading at the Risoil Terminal,” Risoil said.
Besides, along with the opening of the pen, the terminal launches a system of automatic control and a system of motor recording based on Jit+ program.
“This mobile application is purposed for the truck drivers. Only tested elevators and vehicles can use the platform. Using the application, documents are processed quickly, and the cargo is delivered in time. Thanks to Jit +, you can also monitor the location of all machines,” reads the report.

A group of Members of Parliament in charge of preparations for the first meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of the 9th convocation has decided to hold such a meeting on August 29. “Our political force proposes holding the first meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of the 9th convocation on August 29,” MP from the Servant of the People Party Dmytro Razumkov, who was tapped to head the group, said at a meeting on Friday.
He put the motion to the vote, and most members of the group supported it.
