KYIV. Jan 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukraine in 2016 exported 56,990 tonnes of honey, which is 1.6 times more than a year earlier, the State Fiscal Service has said.
According to its figures, in terms of money honey exports grew by 15.4%, to $97.28 million.
The main consumers of Ukrainian products were Germany, Poland, and the United States.
Honey imports to Ukraine over the past year rose from 17 tonnes to 118 tonnes.
KYIV. Jan 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – Ukraine since the beginning of the 2016/2017 marketing year (MY, July-June) and as of January 6, 2016 had exported 23.07 million tonnes of grain.
According to the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food, by that time the country had exported about 11.5 million tonnes of wheat, 4.33 million tonnes of barley and about 7.13 million tonnes of corn.
In addition, Ukraine exported 169,700 tonnes of flour.
As reported, with reference to data from the ministry, Ukraine in the 2015/2016 MY exported 39.487 million tonnes of grain, which is 13.5% more than in the previous season.
According to forecasts from the ministry, grain exports in the 2016/2017 MY could reach about 40 million tonnes.
KYIV. Jan 10 (Interfax-Ukraine) – PJSC Ukrgazvydobuvannia has signed a contract with PJSC Deloitte & Touche USC (Kyiv) for audit of financial statements for 2016 prepared in accordance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
According to a company report in the ProZorro system, the contract worth UAH 2.628 million (including VAT) was signed by the parties on December 29, 2016. The audit must be completed by March 31, 2017.
Baker Tilly also participated in the auction with an offer of UAH 2.65 million (including VAT).
As reported, Ukrgazvydobuvannia intends to increase gas production from 14.5 billion cubic meters in 2015 and 2016 to 15.2 billion cubic meters in 2017, 16.5 billion cubic meters in 2018, 18.3 billion cubic meters in 2019, and 20.1 billion cubic meters in 2020.
