Insurance Company “PZU Ukraine Life Insurance” to Pay Over 150 Million UAH in Dividends

At a meeting on June 30, the shareholders of PJSC “Insurance Company ‘PZU Ukraine Life Insurance’” (Kyiv) decided to allocate 151.969 million UAH of the profit earned in 2025 toward dividend payments.

As the company reported in the disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), the payment will be made by the end of 2026.

The total dividend per ordinary registered share of PJSC Insurance Company “PZU Ukraine Life Insurance” has been set at 812.62 UAH.

Dividends will be paid directly to shareholders in accordance with Ukrainian law.

It is emphasized that the amount of dividends due to Powszechny Zaklad Ubezpieczen SA is 81.261 million UAH, to Rowszechny Zaklad Ubezpieczen na Zycie SA – 8,126 thousand UAH, and to PZU Ukraine Life Insurance Company – 70.699 million UAH.

PZU Ukraine Life Insurance PJSC has been operating since 2003. It is part of the PZU Group—one of the oldest and largest in Poland in terms of gross written premiums (according to data from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority).
