The cost of a 99.912% stake in PJSC Mykolaiv combined heat and power plant (CHPP) for sale at a tender is estimated at UAH 57.016 million, Acting Head of the State Property Fund (SPF) Vitaliy Trubarov wrote on his Facebook page.
He noted that the interdepartmental working group on privatization under the Cabinet of Ministers and the SPF will form the conditions for privatization of the power facility. And after they are approved by the government, the CHPP will be put up for sale.
As reported, the SPF failed to sell Mykolaiv combined heat and power plant at a price of UAH 97 million due to a lack of interest from potential buyers.
Mykolaiv combined heat and power plant, with the installed electric capacity of 40 MW and heat power of 410 Gcal/h, serves about 39,400 consumers of the city.
