“Oranta” Plans to Allocate 20.3 Million UAH for Dividend Payments

Shareholders of PJSC “National Joint-Stock Insurance Company ‘Oranta’” (Kyiv) plan to allocate a portion of the undistributed profit for 2025, totaling 20.333 million UAH, for dividend payments.
According to the draft resolutions for the company’s shareholders’ meeting scheduled for September 11, 2026, which are posted on the NSSMC’s disclosure system, the meeting also plans to approve a dividend of 0.10 UAH per ordinary registered share and to stipulate that dividend payments will be made through the Ukrainian depository system in accordance with the procedure established by the supervisory board of NASK “Oranta.”
As previously reported, at the meeting on April 6, 2026, the company’s shareholders approved the allocation of a portion of the 2024 retained earnings, totaling 56.933 million UAH, for the payment of dividends.
In 2025, NASK “Oranta” collected gross insurance premiums totaling 3.73 billion UAH, which is 58% more than in 2024.
The company’s assets grew by 55% over the year—to 3.55 billion UAH; its financial result increased by 78%, to 279 million UAH; insurance reserves rose by 71%, to 2.32 billion UAH, corresponding to the volume of underwritten liabilities; and profit increased by 77.6%.
In 2025, “Oranta” paid nearly 380 million UAH in taxes and fees to the state budget and state funds.
PJSC “NASC ‘Oranta’” is the legal successor to Ukrderzhstrakh, founded on November 25, 1921, and has been conducting insurance activities in Ukraine for over 100 years.
Since 1994, the company has been a full member of the Motor Transport Insurance Bureau of Ukraine (MTIBU), and since 2003, a member of the Nuclear Insurance Pool. It holds a license to conduct insurance activities across 16 insurance classes.
The company employs over 3,000 experts who provide “full-cycle” services in both retail and corporate insurance.
