Salamander and Iris restaurants are equipped with the latest kitchen appliances. Only environmentally friendly products from our own farmland are used in the preparation of dishes. A unique feature of the restaurants is cooking exclusively on the basis of natural drinking and mineral water, which is extracted directly on site.
