AGROLIGA GROUP OF COMPANIES RECEIVES NET PROFIT OF EUR1.175 MLN

Agroliga group of companies (Kharkiv region) received a net profit of EUR1.175 million in January-June 2018, which is 30% more than in the same period of 2017.
According to the company’s report on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, its revenue for the period decreased by 2.1%, to EUR11.913 million, operating profit by 34.1%, to EUR928,000, gross profit by 9.6%, to EUR1.235 million. The total assets of Agroliga as of June 30, 2018 amounted to EUR28.5 million against EUR25.33 million as of December 31, 2017.
Agroliga has been operating on the Ukrainian agricultural market since 1992. Its enterprises are engaged in growing grain crops, processing sunflower seeds, and dairy farming.
The group cultivates about 10,000 hectares of land.
The majority shareholders of the group are Oleksandr Berdnyk with a share of 41.66%, and Iryna Poplavska with 41.66%.

AGRI COMPANY AGROLIGA SEES 29% RISE IN NET PROFIT IN Q1

The Agroliga Group (Kharkiv region) saw EUR 721,000 of net profit in January-March 2018, which is 29% more than a year ago.
According to a quarterly report of the company on the website of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE) on Tuesday, revenue grew by 5.7%, to EUR 5.06 million, operating profit – by 11.8%, to EUR 663,000 and gross profit by 4.8%, to EUR 836,000.
Assets as of March 31, 2018 amounted to almost EUR 28.64 million.
Agroliga has been operating in the Ukrainian agricultural market since 1992. Its enterprises are engaged in growing grains, crushing sunflower seeds and dairy farming.

AGROLIGA LAUNCHES PROJECT IN BIOENERGY

Agroliga group of companies (Kharkiv region) has launched a new project in the field of bioenergy, according to its report on the website of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. According to the report, on March 12, 2018 the founders decided to register a new enterprise, AGL Energy LTD, whose core business will be production and sale of electricity at a feed-in tariff.
The processed materials, in particular sunflower husks, obtained from production of vegetable oil at the group’s factories, will be used as biofuel for energy production.
The share of Agroliga in the capital of the new enterprise is 50%. Agroliga has been operating in the Ukrainian agricultural market since 1992. Its enterprises are engaged in growing grains, processing sunflower seeds and dairy farming. The group cultivates about 10,000 hectares of land. The capacity of the oil extraction factory for processing sunflower is 35,000 tonnes per year.
