For the thirteenth time, the annual Austrian Film Week festival has opened in Kyiv, which traditionally features the most striking and resonant Austrian films of recent years. The first film to be screened was The Peacock by Bernhard Wenger.
On April 10, 2025, the opening ceremony of the annual Austrian Film Week festival took place at the Zhovten Cinema in Kyiv, which will run until April 15.
The festival will also be held in Lviv and Chernivtsi. The film screening will take place from April 30 to May 4 in Chernivtsi and May 15-18 in Lviv.
The festival is organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Austria in Ukraine in cooperation with the Arthouse Traffic film company with the support of the general partner AMIC ENERGY.
