Medical network “Dobrobut” intends to continue its work on certification of the network according to JCI standards after the war, said Sergei Orel, chief operating officer of the capital’s multi-profile hospital “Dobrobut” on Bazhana Avenue.
“We are going in that direction. We cannot certify only one clinic on Bazhana Avenue, the entire network should be certified. This requires a lot of work, primarily with the staff. We have begun this process, and I think we will return to this after the war,” he said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
At the same time, Sergei Orel clarified that the nurse already complies with all the standards required by the JCI.
“For example, every time a surgeon enters the operating room, he must introduce himself to the staff, give the patient’s name and surname, voice the type of surgery to be performed now, what risks – such a standard minimizes the number of errors that may occur,” he said.
