In September 2025, the number of service station partners of Express Insurance (Kyiv) grew by two more stations, reaching 138 across Ukraine.
According to information on the company’s website, service stations located in the Odesa and Cherkasy regions have joined the network of companies.
In total, during 2024-2025, the number of the company’s partner service stations increased by 80 stations.
The development of the partner network is part of Express Insurance’s strategic course to provide services and fulfill obligations in accordance with the new Law on Compulsory Civil Liability Insurance, which came into force on January 1, 2025.

IC “Express Insurance” in September 2025 increased payments to customers under contracts KASKO and MTPL by 23.5% compared to August this year. – up to UAH 53,8 mln, as reported on the website of the insurer. Including payments on hull insurance in Ukraine increased by 15,5% and amounted to UAH 38,6 mln, in Europe – by 127,3% to UAH 4,6 mln, on MTPL insurance by 30% to UAH 10,6 mln.
The number of settled insurance cases during the month as a whole has increased by almost 47%. In particular, on CASCO – by 53,6% (up to 688 cases), and on MTPL – by 28,1% (up to 205 cases).
In September, the largest share of applications was traditionally traffic accidents. Their number increased both in Ukraine – by 48.7% and abroad – by 58.8%. In total, during the month 589 road accidents were recorded and settled with the total amount of payments of UAH 38,3 mln.
The Company informs that, also, a significant increase in the risk of unlawful acts on the part of third parties was recorded: the number of such events in Ukraine doubled, and abroad increased six times. The total amount of payments on these cases has amounted to UAH 2,2 mln.
The number of insured events caused by natural phenomena has even exceeded the record of August: in September 12 events for the amount of UAH 759,7 thousand were settled.
Besides, the number of settled events caused by military actions – mainly as a result of shelling of Kyiv and Dnipro – has increased almost in 2,5 times. The amount of payments on these events increased by 7.3% and reached UAH 1.9 mln.
Compared to August, the number of settled insurance cases has increased by 28.1% under CMTPL insurance contracts, and the amount of payments – by 30%. The greatest increase in the number of claims during the month was recorded in Zaporizhzhya and Odessa – by 18 and 11 events respectively, as well as in Kropivnitsky and Vinnitsa – by 7 and 6.
In 64% of cases registration of insurance events was carried out by the victims with the participation of the police, another 36% – by the procedure of “europrotocol”.

IC “Express Insurance” (Kiev) in January-September 2025 collected insurance premiums in the amount of UAH 881,8 million, which is UAH 205,4 million or 30,4% more than in the same period of 2024, the insurer’s website reports.
Premiums under hull insurance contracts for this period reached UAH 587,9 mln, which by UAH 57,3 mln, or by 10,8%, exceeded the indicator of January-September 2024, under CMTPL insurance – UAH 274,9 mln (+116%), under other types of insurance – UAH 18,1 mln (+3,6%).
The Company informs that in January-September 2025 the total volume of insurance indemnities on insured events amounted to UAH 365,2 mln. Including payments to clients under CASCO – UAH 287.5 mln, victims under MTPL – UAH 71.9 mln.

In August 2025, Express Insurance paid more than UAH 1.8 million to seven car owners from Kyiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, and Mykolaiv region for cars damaged by falling rocket debris and UAVs, according to the insurer’s website.
In addition, it is noted that August saw the highest number of incidents caused by natural disasters since the beginning of the year. The total amount of payments for these incidents reached almost UAH 1 million. Hail was a frequent cause of damage, and there were also reports of trees and roof debris falling due to strong winds. The events took place both in the capital and in the regions, in particular in Khmelnytskyi, Uzhhorod, Zakarpattia, and Chernihiv regions.
In August, the company settled a total of 608 insurance claims under CASCO and OSAGO contracts. Of these, 448 claims were under CASCO, and another 160 were under compulsory civil liability insurance.
The total amount of insurance payments at the end of the month was UAH 43.6 million, including UAH 35.4 million for CASCO and UAH 8.2 million for CMTPL.
Incidents under CASCO contracts this month traditionally involved traffic accidents (88%). In addition, customers filed claims due to unlawful actions of third parties (7%), natural disasters (3%), and events caused by military actions (2%).
In 58% of cases involving MTPL policies, the victims filed insurance claims with the participation of the police, and another 42% followed the Europrotocol procedure. The largest payments in August to victims under CMTPL policies amounted to UAH 250,000 for property damage due to traffic accidents in Kyiv and Dnipro, and UAH 320,000 for health damage to a victim of a traffic accident in Kyiv.

In July 2025, Express Insurance settled insurance claims under CASCO contracts in Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, Latvia, Moldova, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, France, and the Czech Republic.

It should be noted that in most cases, these were traffic accidents or damage caused by unlawful actions of third parties.
For example, a nighttime encounter with a wild moose while traveling between settlements in Poland resulted in damage to the hood, front bumper, right front door, mirror, windshield, and other elements of the front of the car. The company paid out UAH 1.1 million.
In addition, the company paid UAH 271,800 for damage to the windshields of customers traveling on the roads of Spain, Italy, Germany, and Poland caused by stones flying out from under the wheels of other cars.
While driving out of one of the streets in the old part of Barcelona, a customer accidentally hit a fence and a curb, damaging the front bumper, right rear fender, and plastic trim under the right sill. The CASCO payment amounted to over UAH 40,000.

Premiums under CASCO contracts for this period reached UAH 452,6 mln, which by UAH 57,5 mln, or by 14,6%, exceeded the indicator of January-July 2024, under MTPL – UAH 202,1 mln (+107,6%), under other types of insurance – UAH 15,4 mln (+2,2%).
