Ukraine sold industrial products (goods, services) for UAH 3.584 trillion in 2021, which is 44.5% more than in 2020 (UAH 2.481 trillion), including for UAH 1.019 trillion outside the country, the State Statistics Service said on Friday.
According to the authority, in December 2021 year-over-year, the turnover of the sold products of mining and processing industry rose by 31.8%. Sales of mining industry products in December 2021 compared to the same month last year grew by 18.1%, processing industry – by 34.8%.
Compared to the previous month (December to November 2021), sales in the mining industry rose by 5%, in the processing industry – by 10.7%.
The processing industry (61.3%) had the largest share of the total volume of sales of industrial products in 2021, the share of the supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning was 21.5%, the mining industry and quarrying 16.1%, metallurgical production 16.0%.

Ukraine in January-August 2019 sold industrial products (goods, services) for UAH 1.685 trillion, which is 4.7% more than in January-August 2018 (UAH 1.609 trillion), in particular abroad for UAH 457.496 billion, the State Statistics Service has said.
According to its data, in August 2019 compared with August 2018, the turnover of goods sold in mining and processing industries grew by 0.4%, and from July 2019 decreased by 5.1%. At the same time, sales in mining industry in August 2019 compared with August 2018 increased by 2.5% (compared to July 2019 decreased by 9.2%), in processing industry decreased by 0.1% (compared to July 2019 by 4%).
In the total volume of industrial products sales for the eight months of 2019, the largest share fell on processing industry (63.8%), the supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning (18.1%), mining industry and quarrying (16.9%), and metallurgical production (16.8%).
As reported, in 2018 industrial products (goods, services) were sold for UAH 2.509 trillion, which is 16.5% more than in 2017.
Industrial products (goods, services) worth UAH 1.485 trillion were sold in Ukraine in January-July 2019, which is 5.2% more than in January-July 2018 (UAH 1.411 trillion), in particular abroad for UAH 406.371 billion, the State Statistics Service has said.
According to the agency, in July 2019 compared with July 2018 the turnover of sold industrial products grew by 4.4%, from June 2019 by 0.6%. At the same time, sales in mining industry in July 2019 rose by 15.2% compared with July 2018 (by 8.1% compared with June 2019), in processing industry by 2% (a fall of 1.1% compared with June 2019).
In the total volume of industrial products sales in January-July 2019, the largest share was that of processing industry (63.4%), the supply of electricity, gas, steam and conditioned air (18.6%), metallurgical production and production of finished metal goods (16.9%), and mining and quarrying (16.8%).
The volume of sold industrial products (goods, services) in January-May 2018 stood at UAH 1.015 trillion, which is 18.1% more than in January-May 2017, in particular the volume sold abroad was worth UAH 284.354 billion, the State Statistics Service has reported.
According to the agency, in May 2018 compared to May 2017 the index of turnover of sold production grew by 20.8%, and by 6.1% compared with April 2018. Sales in extractive industry in May 2018 compared with May 2017 grew by 18.2% (0.2% compared with April 2018) and in processing industry – by 21.4% (7.3%).

According to the agency, in March 2018 compared to March 2017 the index of turnover of sold production grew by 10.9%, and by 11.1% compared with February 2018. Sales in mining industry in March 2018 compared with March 2017 grew by 2.25 (4.6% compared with February 2018) and in processing industry – by 12.9% (12.6%).

According to the agency, in January and February 2018 compared to January and February 2017 the index of turnover of sold production in mining and quarrying grew by 23%, in processing industry by 14.6%.
In the total volume of sales, the largest share accounted for the supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning (25.5%), metallurgical production (18.6%), production of cast iron, steel and ferroalloys (14.5%), mining and quarrying (14.2%) and processing industry (59.4%).
