Interpipe NTZ reduced its net profit by 57.6%

In January-September 2024, PJSC Interpipe Nizhnedniprovsky Pipe Rolling Plant (Interpipe NTZ, Dnipro) reduced its consolidated net profit by 57.6% compared to the same period in 2023, to UAH 501.810 million from UAH 1 billion 183.320 million.
According to the interim report on consolidated financial results for the first nine months of the year, which was reviewed by Interfax-Ukraine, the company reduced its net income by 28.3% to UAH 6 billion 229.471 million.

Retained consolidated earnings as of the end of September 2024 amounted to UAH 4 billion 455.675 million.
As reported, in January-September 2023, Interpipe NTZ received a consolidated net profit of UAH 1 billion 183.320 million, while it ended the same period in 2022 with a net loss of UAH 1 billion 933.986 million.

The company ended 2023 with a consolidated net profit of UAH 748.896 million against a loss of UAH 1 billion 233.944 million in 2022.

The authorized capital of PJSC Interpipe NTZ is UAH 100 million, with a share price of UAH 0.25.

Interpipe NTZ received almost UAH 2 billion in losses in January-September 2022

PJSC Interpipe Nizhnedneprovsky Pipe Rolling Plant (Interpipe NTRP, Dnipro) ended January-September of this year with a net loss of UAH 1 billion 933.943 million against a net profit of UAH 141.705 million for the same period last year.
According to the interim report of the company, published on Friday, net income for this period decreased by 14.3% – to UAH 5 billion 248.188 million.
Retained earnings by the end of September 2022 amounted to UAH 1 billion 941.983 million.
As reported, Interpipe NTZ ended 2021 with a net loss of UAH 486.412 million against a net profit for 2020 of UAH 22.905 million. Income for 2021 amounted to UAH 8 billion 225.588 million (for 2020 – UAH 9 billion 470.237 million).
Interpipe NTZ for the nine months of 2021 increased its net profit by 3.6 times compared to the same period last year – up to UAH 141.705 million, net income decreased by 17.3% – up to UAH 6 billion 123.667 million.

Interpipe NTZ posts loss of more than UAH 882 mln in H1

PJSC Interpipe Nyzhniodniprovsky Pipe Rolling Plant (NTZ, Dnipro) in January-June of this year posted a net loss of UAH 882.682 million against a net profit of UAH 163.581 million for the same period last year.
According to the interim report of the company, net income for this period decreased by 42.8% – to UAH 4.176 billion.
Retained earnings by the end of June 2022 amounted to UAH 2.951 billion.
In turn, the consolidated loss of Interpipe NTZ for January-June 2022 amounted to UAH 882.732 million (there was a profit of UAH 163.481 million).
According to the annual report for 2021, the company’s net loss amounted to UAH 486.412 million against a net profit of UAH 22.905 million for 2020. Income for 2021 amounted to UAH 8.226 billion (for 2020 – UAH 9.470 billion).
The group also published a report for January-March 2022, according to which the loss amounted to UAH 783.259 million, net income – UAH 1.075 billion.
