On January 6, Lviv municipal utility enterprise “Lvivvodokanal” announced its intention to conclude a contract of compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of land vehicles (MTPL) with IC “VUSO” (Kiev).
As reported in the system of electronic procurement Prozorro, the company’s price offer amounted to UAH 1.161 million against UAH 1.796 million expected cost of purchasing services.
Insurance company Kraїna with a proposal of UAH 1.177 mln and SG TAS with UAH 1.4 mln also took part in the tender.
KP MGS “Nikolaevelectrotrans” on December 31 announced its intention to conclude a contract with IC “VUSO” for the purchase of services of compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of land vehicles (trolleybuses).
According to the message in the system of electronic public procurement Prozorro, at the expected cost of purchase of services of UAH 818,5 thousand the price offer of IC “VUSO” amounted to UAH 660,1 thousand.
Insurance companies “Oranta” – UAH 790,4 th, “Arsenal Insurance” – UAH 796,9 th participated in the tender.

On December, 23rd Kharkivoblenergo JSC announced about the intention to conclude with IC VUSO (Kiev) the contract for the purchase of services of compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of land vehicles (OSAGO).
According to the message in the system of electronic public procurement Prozorro, the price offer of the company – the only participant of the tender corresponded to the expected cost of purchasing services of UAH 423.5 thousand.
IC “VUSO” was founded in 2001. It is a member of ITSBU and NASU, a participant of the Agreement on direct settlement of losses and a member of the Nuclear Insurance Pool.

PJSC “Ukrnafta” on October 3 announced its intention to conclude a contract with IC “Arsenal Insurance” for services of compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of motor vehicles (MTPL).
As reported in the system of electronic public procurement Prozorro, with the expected cost of acquiring services of 489.8 thousand UAH, the company’s price offer amounted to 190.2 thousand UAH.
The tender was also attended by insurance companies “Oranta” with the offer of UAH 290,4 thousand, “Universalna” – UAH 313,1 thousand, SG ‘TAS’ – UAH 440 thousand, IC “Kraina” – UAH 440,8 thousand.
In Poland from the beginning of 2026, a significant increase in the size of fines for the absence of a valid policy of compulsory insurance of civil liability of the driver for owners of vehicles is expected, reports the Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine (MTSBU) on its Facebook page.
So for passenger cars the maximum fine will be 9,610 thousand zlotys (approximately 110 thousand UAH), for trucks – up to 14,420 thousand zlotys (approximately 165 thousand UAH), for motorcycles – from 530 to 1600 zlotys (6-18 thousand UAH) depending on the number of days without coverage.
The amount of the fine varies depending on the period of stay without an insurance policy: 1-3 days – PLN 1,920 thousand (UAH 22 thousand); 4-14 days – PLN 4,810 thousand (UAH 55 thousand); more than 14 days – the full amount of PLN 9,610 thousand (UAH 110 thousand).
According to information, the increase in fines is due to the increase in the minimum wage in Poland to PLN 4,806 thousand (UAH 55 thousand) from January 1, 2026. The system of calculating fines is tied to its size:

Ukrposhta JSC (Kiev) on July 17 announced a tender for services of compulsory insurance of civil liability of owners of motor vehicles (OSAGO).
As reported in the electronic public procurement system “Prozorro”, the expected cost of the service -13.246 million UAH. Documents are accepted until August 17.
