Pizza Hut celebrated the return of a popular menu item with a huge pizza measuring 1,300 square feet.
Big New Yorker pizza returned to the pizzeria menu after a 25-year hiatus. Employees were inspired by an attempt to cook a huge dish at the Los Angeles Convention Center to make it into the Guinness Book of World Records.
Chefs from Pizza Hut laid out the dough on the floor of the convention center, then placed sauce and cheese on it while heating it under lights.
The cooked pizza was divided into 68,000 slices.
Currently, the Guinness Book of World Records size of the largest pizza is 1,250 square meters.
