Kharkivoblenergo JSC will hold extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on February 27

Kharkivoblenergo JSC is convening an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, which will be held remotely in the form of a poll, with the date of the meeting set for February 27, 2026 (the date of completion of voting).

According to the announcement, the meeting is being convened by Ukrainian Distribution Networks JSC, which owns 166,754,183 ordinary registered voting shares of the company (65.0010% of the total number of ordinary registered shares and more than 50% of voting shares).

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting will be compiled on February 24, 2026 (as of 23:00). Ballot voting will be accepted from 11:00 on February 17 to 18:00 on February 27, 2026; ballots on issues other than the election of bodies are planned to be posted on February 17, and the ballot for cumulative voting on the election of bodies is planned to be posted on February 23, 2026, on the website of the meeting initiator.

The draft agenda includes issues on the early termination of the powers of the current members of the supervisory board, the election of new members of the supervisory board by cumulative voting, the approval of the terms of civil law contracts with members of the supervisory board and the amount of their remuneration, as well as compensation to the initiator of the meeting for the costs of organizing and holding the meeting.

PJSC Dnipropetrovsk Food Concentrates Plant to hold meeting on February 24

PJSC Dnipropetrovsk Food Concentrates Plant (Dnipro, EDRPOU code 00374048) will hold its annual general meeting of shareholders on February 24, 2026, in the form of a remote poll, according to the issuer’s announcement. According to the announcement, the date for compiling the list of shareholders entitled to participate in the meeting is set for February 19, 2026.

The agenda includes, in particular, consideration of the reports of the management board and supervisory board for 2025, approval of the annual report and results of financial and economic activities for 2025 with a decision on the distribution of profits, termination of powers and election of management and control bodies, as well as preliminary consent to significant transactions.

Sumy Machine Building Scientific and Production Association to hold shareholders’ meeting on February 13

Sumy Machine Building Scientific and Production Association (Sumy NPO) will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on February 13, 2026, in a remote format (by poll), according to a company announcement.

According to the document, voting on the agenda items will begin on February 3 at 11:00 a.m. and end on February 13 at 6:00 p.m., and the list of shareholders eligible to participate in the meeting will be compiled as of February 10, 2026.

The draft agenda includes the termination of the powers of the company’s CEO, the election of an acting CEO on a part-time basis, the approval of the terms of the contract and the appointment of an authorized person to sign it, as well as the granting of powers for state registration of changes in the company’s information.

Agrofirma Troyan will hold extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on December 30

Agrofirma Troyan (Kyiv) has announced that it will hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders remotely (by poll).

According to a statement in the regulated information disclosure system, voting will take place by submitting ballots to the depositary institution: the start of ballot acceptance is December 22, 2025 (11:00 a.m.), and the end of registration and voting is December 30, 2025 (6:00 p.m.).

The agenda of the meeting includes, in particular, the election of a counting commission, amendments to the charter and approval of the new version of the charter, as well as approval of the property rights purchase and sale agreement (taking into account the amendments) concluded by the company with Akroninvest LLC.

The company also reported that the previously submitted notice of the meeting, posted on December 11, was withdrawn due to technical errors, after which a corrected notice was published in the information disclosure system.

Shareholders of Cherkasy Chemical Fiber will hold remote general meeting of shareholders on December 24

Cherkasy Chemical Fiber PJSC (Cherkasy) will hold a remote extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on December 24, 2025, according to a statement from the company.

According to the notice, voting will take place by sending ballots to the depositary institution, with a deadline for submission of 6:00 p.m. on December 24.

The agenda includes, in particular, the election of a counting commission, the approval of a package of additional agreements with Sens Bank JSC to the credit line agreement and security agreements, as well as the granting of powers to conclude further additional agreements on these documents. In addition, the shareholders plan to terminate the powers of the current members of the supervisory board ahead of schedule and elect a new supervisory board through cumulative voting.
