It is noted that weather conditions may lead to complications in the work of energy, construction, utility companies and disruption of traffic on roads and streets (I level of threat, yellow), on the passes of the Carpathians (II level of threat, orange).
On Friday, November 14, in the southern part, in the Prykarpattia and most of the central regions at night and in the morning fog, Ukrhydrometcenter reports.

It is noted that weather conditions may lead to complications in traffic.
Warm weather without precipitation is expected in Ukraine on Sunday, November 2, but fog is expected at night and in the morning in all regions except the western regions, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, and Odesa, according to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
The wind will be mainly southerly, 5-10 m/s. The temperature at night will be 1-6°C, during the day 11-16°C, and in Zakarpattia, Prykarpattia, and the south of Odesa region up to 18°C.
In Kyiv, there will be no precipitation on November 2. Fog at night and in the morning. Winds will be from the south at 5-10 m/s. Temperatures will range from 4-6°C at night to 11-13°C during the day.
According to data from the Boris Sreznevsky Central Geophysical Observatory, for the entire period of meteorological observations in Kyiv, the highest temperature on November 2 was +17.0° in 1926, and the lowest was -10.1° in 1979.
On Monday, November 3, most of Ukraine will also be dry, with rain only in the western regions during the day. In Zakarpattia and Prykarpattia, there will be fog in some places at night and in the morning.
The wind will be mainly southerly, 5-10 m/s. The temperature at night will be 4-9°, in the east 1-6° above zero; during the day 11-16°.
In Kyiv, there will be no precipitation on November 3. The wind will be from the south, 5-10 m/s. The temperature at night will be 6-8°C, and during the day 13-15°C.
Short-term rains are expected on Sunday, May 25, in the northern, most central, Odessa, Nikolaev, Chernivtsi, Khmelnitsky, and Rivne regions of Ukraine.
According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, thunderstorms are expected in the Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, and Odesa regions during the day, with heavy rain in some places and hail and squalls of 15-20 m/s in some areas. No precipitation is expected in the rest of the country.
The wind will be mainly southeasterly, 7-12 m/s, with gusts of 15-20 m/s in some places on the left bank during the day.
Temperatures in the western regions will be 4-9° at night and 11-16° during the day. In the rest of the country, temperatures will be 12-17° at night and 23-28° during the day, with 17-22° in the Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Odesa, and Mykolaiv regions.
In Kyiv, short-term rains and thunderstorms are expected on May 25. The wind will be southeasterly, 7-12 m/s. The temperature at night will be 14-16°, during the day 18-20°.
According to the Boris Sreznevsky Central Geophysical Observatory, the highest temperature recorded in Kyiv on May 25 was 30.7°C in 2007, and the lowest was 2.6°C above zero in 1909.
On Monday, May 26, in the northern, most central, Odessa, and Mykolaiv regions, there will be short-term rain and thunderstorms in some places. During the day in the Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Odessa, and Mykolaiv regions, there will be significant rain in some places, with hail in some areas. The rest of the territory will be dry.

Temperatures in the western regions will be 4-9° at night and 13-18° during the day; in the rest of the country, temperatures will be 12-17° at night and 23-28° during the day, with 17-22° in the Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Odesa, and Mykolaiv regions.

Kiev citizens have been warned about heavy fog in the capital, drivers and pedestrians have been urged to be careful.
According to Ukrhydrometcenter, fog will remain in the capital till the end of the day, visibility will be 200-500 meters. Specialists recommend drivers to be careful while driving and follow the rules of the road in such conditions, in particular, reduce speed, turn on fog lights, keep a safe distance from other cars.
Pedestrians were urged to wear reflective elements – flickers to be visible to drivers during fog and at night.
