UTG consulting company (Kyiv) from May 1, 2019 moved from the Parus business center to a new office located in the Gulliver business center at 1A, Sportyvna Street, the press service of the company has told Interfax-Ukraine. “Since May 2019, UTG has been meeting its partners and visitors in a new office located in the Gulliver class A business center. Along with the expansion of the working space, UTG has increased its staff, thereby increasing the efficiency of service provision,” the company said.
According to the report, the increase in staff resulted from the merger of the offices of UTG and DC Evolution. In particular, the number of employees has grown to more than 50 people.
The new office of the companies is located on the 27th floor in A tower.
President of DC Evolution developer Ihor Melnyk acquired a stake in the share capital of the Ukrainian Trade Guild (UTG, Kyiv) and became a member of the board as vice-president in 2016.
UTG (Kyiv) was founded in 2011. Its core business is accompanying of development projects.
More than 100 real estate projects were launched with the participation of UTG. Among them are Lavina Mall, New Way, Ocean Plaza, Gulliver, Piramida and Komod shopping centers (all based in Kyiv), Megamall (Vinnytsia), Most City Center (Dnipro), French Boulevard (Kharkiv) and Global.UA shopping centers (Zhytomyr).
According to the unified public register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, as of April 1, 2019, the share of 30% in the share capital of UTG LLC (Kyiv) belongs to Melnyk, 65% to Vadym Neposedov, and 5% to Artem Neposedov.
UTG consulting company (Kyiv), together with partner developer DC Evolution (London), plans to implement the project of an Alfa Mall multifunctional complex with a total area of 105,000 square meters with five residential buildings and a shopping and entertainment center by late 2022.
“In this project, UTG in partnership with the owners of DC Evolution for the first time will act not just as a broker, but as a co-investor and management company. This is our personal project in Dnipro, we are conducting its full cycle,” UTG Director Yevhenia Loktionova said during Retail & Development Business Expo 2019, held in Kyiv at the end of last week.
She told Interfax-Ukraine investments in the project will be more than $100 million, project participants intend to use their own and credit funds.
The Alfa Mall multifunctional complex is to be built at 25 Zaporizke Shose Street. The total project area will be 105,000 square meters, the rental area is 52,000 square meters. The plan is to be implemented in two stages. The start of construction is scheduled for 2020, completion for the end of 2022.
UTG (Kyiv) was established in 2001. It specializes in comprehensive support of development projects.
The delegation of UTG consulting company (Kyiv) intends to present a portfolio of projects of multifunctional complexes in Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia and Dnipro for a total of about $400 million at the international real estate exhibition MIPIM 2019 to be held in Cannes (France) on March 12-15. “The company’s management, responsible for the investment direction of development, will present new Ukrainian projects at the exhibition, familiarize international experts with investment opportunities in the Ukrainian real estate market,” UTG’s press service told Interfax-Ukraine.
Among the projects that, in particular, will be presented at the Kyiv stand are the multifunctional complexes Alfa Mall, Alfa Residence, Alfa District (Dnipro), Europe residential complex, the IT cluster Hypercube (Vinnytsia), the first object of the network of urban hotels Urooms (Lviv).
In addition, a separate investment portfolio of Kyiv projects for one of the Western funds will be presented.
The volume of investments in the project portfolio is about $400 million.
