PJSC “Ukrnafta” has announced its intention to conclude a contract for voluntary medical insurance (VMI) of employees with TAS Insurance Group (Kiev), according to the Prozorro system of electronic public procurement.
The company’s price offer amounted to UAH 18.521 mln, with the expected cost of purchasing services of UAH 18.709 mln.
The term of service delivery is July 4, 2025.
The tender was also attended by insurance companies “Ultra Alliance” with a price offer of UAH 14.355 million, “Kraina”, which offered UAH 80 more, “Arsenal Insurance” with UAH 18.660 million.
As reported, the tender was announced on May 24, 2024. Then on May 27, IC “Ultra Alliance” filed a complaint with the Antimonopoly Committee (AMCU) with a request to oblige “Ukrnafta” to amend the tender documentation on the procedure for the purchase of services for VHI employees in order to eliminate violations.
On June 6, 2024m, the AMCU Commission for consideration of complaints about violation of legislation in the field of public procurement stopped consideration of the complaint.
A year earlier, on June 8, 2023, on a similar complaint of IC “Ultra Alliance” AMCU obliged “Ukrnafta” to amend the documentation for the same tender. In this case, its winner was recognized as SG “TAS”, with which “Ukrnafta” on August 16, 2023 concluded a contract AMF.
TAS IG was registered in 1998. It is a universal company, offers more than 80 types of insurance products on various types of voluntary and compulsory insurance. It has an extensive regional network of 28 regional directorates and branches.
