Shipping company Ukrferry (Odesa) will resume ferry service Chornomorsk-Batumi on July 9, according to the schedule on the company’s website on Wednesday.
According to the schedule, the Kaunas ferry is scheduled to depart from the Chornomorsk port on July 9 at 20:00, and arrive in Batumi 60 hours later, on July 12 at 9:00.
It is assumed that flights will depart from the ports on a weekly basis.
It is noted that the Kaunas ferry is a 250-passenger cargo and passenger vessel built in 1989 in Germany, is under Lloyd’s classification supervision, the length of the vessel is over 190 m, the width is 28 m.
The company warns that the dates/time of departure and arrival of the vessel may be changed both before and during the voyage.
Since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale aggression in February 2022, there has been no maritime connection between Ukraine and Georgia.
