IDS Ukraine Has Been Named One of Ukraine’s Best Employers

23 October , 2026

The IDS Ukraine Group, producer of the bottled water brands “Morshynska,” “Mirgorodska,” “Alaska,” and “Aqua Life,” has been named one of Ukraine’s best employers by the business publication NV and the consulting firm Odgers Ukraine.

According to the company, this recognition stems from its approach to staff development, social support for employees, and the creation of competitive working conditions amid a full-scale war.

According to IDS Ukraine, salaries across the group of companies increased by an average of 12% in 2025. The company also provides additional financial assistance to employees facing difficult life circumstances.

IDS Ukraine allocated over 10 million UAH to professional training and staff development. More than 200 employees participated in external training programs, while internal training covered nearly all employees with over one year of service at the company.

Support for mobilized employees is a separate priority. Currently, 288 employees of the group are serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the company continues to pay their salaries. In 2026, 67.8 million UAH was allocated for these payments, and a total of nearly 267 million UAH has been allocated since the start of the full-scale invasion.

The company also implements the IDS Wellbeing program, which provides health insurance and access to mental health support. Given the security situation, employees have access to a hybrid work format, and the company’s office serves as a “resilience hub” where they can charge their devices, prepare meals, and stay overnight if necessary.

“We want the company to be a pillar of support for our employees. We fulfill our obligations no matter what, support those who are serving, and create an environment where people want to work,” said Oleksiy Ovcharenko, HR Director at IDS Ukraine.

IDS Ukraine was founded in 1996 and operates in Ukraine’s bottled water market. The group of companies employs over 3,000 people and has production and employment operations in Morshyn and Myrhorod, among other locations.

According to the company, total capital investments over the past five years amounted to 2.3 billion UAH. In 2025, IDS Ukraine’s tax payments reached 1.3 billion UAH, which is 12.7% more than in 2024.

Since the start of the full-scale war, the company has donated products worth over 370 million UAH to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the State Emergency Service, hospitals, internally displaced persons, and residents of de-occupied territories. According to IDS Ukraine, the total amount of charitable aid exceeded 745 million UAH.
