The operation of certain services of the Rezerv+ application may be temporarily restricted on Saturday, November 7, from 20:00 to 23:00 due to scheduled technical maintenance, during which delays in obtaining and updating electronic military registration documents are possible, the press service of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense reports.
“During this time, delays in obtaining or updating an electronic military registration document may occur in the Rezerv+ application. This may also affect other services,” reads a statement published on Facebook on Saturday.
The Defense Ministry recommends that users who may need the document in the evening save it to their phones in advance. To do this, they need to tap “+” on the application’s main screen and select the “Download PDF” option.
The Defense Ministry clarified that if the document is not updated during the technical maintenance, users only need to try again later – there is no need to log in to the application again.
After the maintenance is completed, all Rezerv+ services will resume their normal operation.
