CONFECTIONARY COMPANY KONTI SEES UAH 92.45 MILLION LOSS IN 2017

Public joint-stock company Konti industrial association (Donetsk region), a large Ukrainian confectionary company, saw UAH 92.45 million in net loss in 2017, which is 78.7% less than a year ago (UAH 431.14 million). According to a company report on holding a general meeting of its shareholders scheduled for April 20, the company’s assets slightly changed, reaching UAH 2.44 billion.
Undistributed profit fell by 15.5% in 2017, to UAH 484.93 million, noncurrent liabilities fell by 60%, to UAH 231.72 million, while current liabilities grew 1.5-fold, to UAH 1.35 billion. Total bills receivable rose by 17.9%, to UAH 473.45 million.
Public joint-stock company Konti industrial association is part of Konti Group founded in 1997. The group’s main production assets are Donetsk, Kostiantynivka, Horlivka confectionery factories (Ukraine) and two factories in Kursk (Russia). Its main brands are Amour, Bonjour, SuperKontik, Belissimo, BisKonti, Belissimo and others. The main beneficiary of Konti is Borys Kolesnikov.
