The recently commissioned building No. 3 of the Krona Park II residential complex in Brovary has been assigned a postal address:

  • Brovary district, Kyiv region, Brovary territorial community, Brovary (as of 01.01.2021), 23 Soborna Street.

New construction milestones: update from Alliance Novobud for August 2025

Development company Alliance Novobud has presented a report on the construction dynamics at its projects for August 2025.

Montreal House, Kyiv (102 V. Vasylkivska St. / 83 Antonovycha St.)

– Block 1: installation of water and heat supply pipelines has reached 85%, cement screed on the residential floors and in common areas, electrical work is also underway – 30% of readiness.

– Block 2: similar works – pipelines are at 95%, screeding and general works are in progress, electrical installation is at 30%.

– Block 3: installation of aluminum subsystem for translucent structures is underway, the laying of electrical cables to the apartments is completed.

– Block 4: installation of translucent constructions continues (40% complete), cabling of apartments is in progress.

Parking lot (at Montreal House)

– Waterproofing of the top slab is 60% complete, installation of rainwater drainage pipes is in progress.

– Works on connection to water supply and sewage networks are in progress: domestic sewage – 80%, connection to water supply – 70%.

Krona Park II, Brovary (32 Simonenka str.)

– House 3: the certificate of commissioning has been received.

– House 5: internal water supply and sewerage networks are being installed, ground is being laid, basement walls are being insulated, roof construction and window installation are underway (floors 2-5 are ready, works have started on floors 6-7).

– House 8: installation of electrical networks, elevators, facade (section 1 – 75%, section 2 – work has begun).

– Building 9: commissioning works, finishing, landscaping of the adjacent territory.

– House 10: the facade is being completed (95% completed), cold doors are being installed, plumbing and electrical works are in progress.

– House 12: roofing works on sections 1 and 2 continue, installation of PVC windows has started.

– Houses 14 and 16: boroinjection paleo field is completed – 100%.

– Concrete pouring of the foundation slab of section 1 is completed, preparation of the growth beam of section 2.1 and installation of vertical monolithic structures in section 2.2 is in progress.

Alliance Novobud has received certificate of acceptance of house No. 3 in Krona Park II!

On August 18, 2025, the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Development of Ukraine issued certificate ІУ123250807346, which confirms the commissioning of house No. 3 of the Krona Park II residential complex in Brovary.

This means that the building fully complies with the project documentation and is ready to welcome its residents. The next step is to assign a mailing address and hand over the keys to the happy apartment owners.

Volume of investments in primary housing in Ukraine in next 2-3 years will grow up to 15% annually

Volumes of investments in primary housing in the next 2-3 years will grow up to 15% annually, such a forecast was voiced by CMO Alliance Novobud Irina Mikhaleva in comments to the agency “Interfax-Ukraine”.

“The market has adapted to the realities of wartime, and key investors – in particular Ukrainians, and for business class – often foreigners, are increasingly choosing new buildings as a tool for preservation and multiplication of capital. In the next 2-3 years we expect that the volume of investment in primary housing will grow by 10-15% annually, the demand for income property and business class real estate will increase, and the main role will be played by trust in the brand of the developer and security of location”, – said Mikhaleva.

She noted the competition from the secondary market, but does not consider it determinant. After all, the primary market competes not only with more comfortable layouts and well thought-out infrastructure, but also with systematically better quality solutions, first of all, safe and inclusive.

“Modern layouts with wider doorways, spacious bathrooms, principles of inclusiveness, new and reliable engineering communication systems, safe and reliable monolithic-frame construction technology, energy efficiency, alternative ways of energy supply,” Mikhailova lists the advantages of primary housing.

According to experts of Alliance Novobud, soon there will be a shortage of ready housing in the segment of the capital’s business and comfort classes. The reasons are different: in the business class part of the projects have not yet been restored or are realized with significant delays, in comfort – the potential demand is higher than the volume of launch of new projects.
