On May 24, the Alliance Novobud sales office in Brovary became a platform for students of the at the International Institute of Business (IIB) to learn about practical work. Participants in the training program had the opportunity to see how one of the country’s leading developers works from the inside.

The guests were welcomed by the sales office team and Irina Mikhaleva, Marketing Director (CMO) of Alliance Novobud, who is also one of the school’s lecturers. After getting acquainted with the work of the sales department, the guests were given a tour of the company’s residential complexes currently under construction in Brovary.

“Sharing experience and insights with those who are eager for new knowledge and opportunities is extremely important and rewarding,” said Irina Mikhaleva. “After all, these are the people who will shape the real estate market in the future. It is a great honor for me to be among the teachers at the Real Estate Business School. Alliance Novobud has signed 100 agreements under state program “єОселя”

The development company Alliance Novobud has already signed 100 agreements under the state program of preferential mortgages ‘єОселя,’ according to the company’s press service.

“The “єОселя” program plays an extremely important role both for the primary real estate market and for the socio-political situation in the country. It helps thousands of Ukrainians — primarily those who defend the state or were forced to leave their homes — to purchase their own homes on preferential terms. Already 100 families have become owners of apartments in our residential complexes thanks to this program, and most of them are military personnel and Ukrainians with IDP status. Demand for the program is growing every day, so we are convinced that it should be developed and supported in the future,” commented Irina Mikhaleva, CMO of Alliance Novobud.

The largest number of agreements – 48 – were concluded with the participation of partner bank Skybank. The rest of the agreements were concluded with six other financial institutions (Oschadbank, Ukrgasbank, Privatbank, Sens Bank, Ukreximbank, and Radabank).

The most popular property among participants in “єОселі” was house No. 3 in the Krona Park II residential complex, where 13 agreements were signed. A total of 16 properties from the developer are participating in the program.

Two-room apartments are in the highest demand, with 45 already sold. One-room apartments are the second most popular. The average size of an apartment purchased under the program is 71 square meters.

Deals with preferential rates of 3% and 7% were distributed almost equally. At the same time, buyers prefer ready-to-move-in homes, although apartments in new buildings under construction also have a high share of sales — the difference in demand is only a few percent.

According to data from the LUN new construction portal, Alliance Novobud was founded in 2006. Since 2010, the company has commissioned 37 buildings and parking lots, and is in the process of completing nine buildings in the Krona Park II residential complex in Brovary and a premium-class project in the capital, Montreal House.

Easter fun with Alliance Novobud: how it was

Last Saturday, the square in front of the Alliance Novobud sales office in Brovary turned into a real fairy-tale location for Easter celebrations! Many families with children came to our Easter fun – and everyone found something special for themselves.

The kids enthusiastically played with animators, jumped, laughed and competed in fun contests. Older children were happy to plunge into the creative process – they painted Easter eggs using unusual techniques and created unusual stands for Easter eggs as a souvenir. And while the children were busy having fun, their parents enjoyed aromatic hot drinks and delicious sweets.

A special moment of the holiday was a miracle show that captured the attention of both children and adults. Magical atmosphere, unexpected tricks and a lot of surprised eyes – and in the end, the main surprise was waiting for the guests – the appearance of a live Easter bunny!

We thank everyone who shared this day with us. It was warm, sincere and family-like. See you at the next festive events from Alliance Novobud!

Certificate of commissioning of building No. 4 of Krona Park II complex has been received!

Dear customers, we are pleased to inform you that the State Inspectorate of Architecture and Urban Development of Ukraine issued certificate ІУ123250404640 dated 10.04.2025 on the commissioning of building No. 4 of the Krona Park II residential complex (Brovary), which certifies the compliance of the completed facility with the project documentation and confirms its readiness for operation. The next step is to assign a postal address to the building and issue keys to apartment owners.

Krona Park II is a continuation of the legendary Krona Park project, which was so popular with customers that the developer decided to create a new and improved version of the complex. And this is not surprising, because there is nothing better than living next to a park and a coniferous forest and at the same time having convenient connections to the capital. Currently, 8 more houses of the complex are under construction.

We are sincerely grateful for your trust and wish a happy future to your families in the Krona Park II residential complex by Alliance Novobud!

Alliance Novobud – Prices for new buildings of comfort class may grow by more than 15%

Prices for new buildings will continue to grow in 2025, in the comfort class they can grow by more than 15% by the end of the year, said the press service of the developer Alliance Novobud.

“In business class prices will remain at about the same level, plus 5-10% due to the rise in the cost of building materials. At the same time, in the comfort class prices may increase by more than 15% by the end of the year”, – says Irina Mikhaleva, the company’s SMO.

According to her, the main factors that affect the cost per square meter are a significant increase in the cost of almost all types of building materials, works, as well as the shortage and, accordingly, the growth of labor costs.

She noted that the cost of building materials, prices of transportation services, electricity are constantly growing, and during construction, electricity, in particular, is used a lot. And it becomes even more expensive when generators are used or imported e/e is purchased at a higher price.

“There is a catastrophic shortage of people who can work on construction sites, this is a consequence of mobilization processes, the shortage of personnel is increasing,” Mikhailova listed the factors that have significantly affected the market.

As a consequence, developers are forced to adjust prices. In particular, according to the results of last year, the cost per square meter of housing in the comfort class increased by about 20%.

“This year we are again likely to see the rise in the price of construction materials, our suppliers are already sending new prices, therefore, for the year the cost of new housing in comfort class will again increase by at least 10-15%, and for some objects by 20%”, – she said.

Less growth is expected in business class, one of the factors of more restrained market reaction here is dumping on the part of the secondary market. For example, last summer a large number of “secondary” objects were put up for sale at prices many times less than pre-war prices.

According to Mikhaleva’s forecasts, in 2025 the construction of suburban housing will develop more actively: cottages, townhouses, etc.

“We are also considering the option of such construction, thinking about the possibility of cottage or townhouse project,” she said.

According to the data of the portal of new buildings LUN, Alliance Novobud was founded in 2006, since 2010 the company has commissioned 32 houses, in the process of realization of 9 houses and a country house project.
