Based on the results of the competition, the Cabinet of Ministers selected Ward Howel Ukraine, Executive Search Ukraine and Pedersen & Partners to select applicants for the positions of members of the supervisory boards of the state-owned Oschadbank, PrivatBank and Ukreximbank (all from Kyiv), respectively.
According to a posting on the Cabinet’s website, the government also determined the terms of payment for the services of companies and the contract for the provision of these services.
It is indicated that the competitive selection was carried out by a commission created by the Ministry of Finance from among its employees, as well as representatives of international organizations involved with an advisory vote.
According to the law “on banks”, the Supervisory Board of the State Bank should consist of nine members, six of whom should be independent, and three – one representative of the president, the Cabinet of Ministers and the Verkhovna Rada.
Ministry of Education and Science has published an algorithm of actions for applicants with a foreign document on education.
“SE” Inforesurs “provides an algorithm of actions for applicants who received education abroad. If you apply on the basis of a foreign document of education, you can only apply in paper form directly to the university. For further education and obtaining a diploma, an applicant must go through the procedure for recognizing a foreign document in Ukraine,” the ministry’s press service said.
The Ministry of Education notes that for this it is necessary to apply to the ZVO after enrollment during the first month of study, and the institution must make a decision by the beginning of the second semester of the first year of study.
“If confirmed, a certificate of recognition of a foreign document of education is issued, information about which is entered in the Unified State Economic Educational Institution. Please note that such a certificate is valid only at the university that issued it,” the ministry said.
In addition, you can contact the State Enterprise “Information and Image Center” of the Ministry of Education, where, upon recognition of the document, a certificate is issued, information about which is entered in the Unified State Economic Education and Educational Institute, and which is accepted in all educational institutions, enterprises, institutions, organizations of any form of ownership.
“Certificates issued by both the university and the Ministry of Education and Science are valid only together with the original document and are valid indefinitely,” the ministry informs.
Among other things, the Ministry of Education reported that recognition procedures do not require documents on the education of citizens of the former USSR, issued before May 15, 1992, as well as documents issued on the basis of training before the start of the 1992/1993 academic year in educational institutions of the states of the former USSR.
The Ministry of Education and Science warns applicants against using fake accounts on social networks to obtain information about the admissions campaign.
“Recently, several telegram channels and Facebook pages have appeared, partially or completely using the official graphics of the brand book of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to illustrate their messages. The content of these messages does not correspond to reality, contains manipulations or deliberately distorted information,” the press service of the ministry said in a statement.
In this connection, the department draws the attention of applicants, the media and all interested parties, that reliable information on the admissions campaign in 2022 is posted on the official websites of the Ministry of Education, the Unified State Electronic Database for Education (USEDEB), the Ukrainian Center for Educational Quality Assessment (UTSOKO) , State Enterprise “Inforesurs”, Ukrainian State Center for International Education (UGTSMO) and on their verified pages in social networks.
“For example, the Vstup Info telegram channel uses the MON logo and positions itself as the only channel about entry, but in fact this channel has nothing to do with the Ministry,” the message says.
The ministry also cited signs that will help you quickly understand that fake content is being published under the guise of the supposedly official position of the Ministry of Education.
In particular, among them: the MON logo was completely or partially falsified; only part of the official letter, without signature, date and QR code; links to unofficial resources (mainly other telegram channels); official logos of the Ministry of Education and Science in the texts of messages related to the competencies of other state institutions; information with terms that are not used by MES in official documents; MON logo for the announcement of webinars and online conferences for advanced training of teachers, where it is worth paying for a certificate.
