Pharmaceutical Company “Zdorovye” LLC (Kharkiv) has changed its head and some members of the Supervisory Board (SB).
As the company reported in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (NCSSM), the general meeting of the company on Wednesday terminated the powers of the head of the supervisory board Alexander Dorovskiy and member of the supervisory board Yegor Dorovskiy at his own request.
The meeting elected Vadim Demokhin, the company’s development director, as the head of the SB, and Valeria Burova, deputy director for quality and certification of “Health of the People” LLC, and Elena Shvinagir, director of “Research Plant GNCLS” LLC (Kharkiv), as members of the SB. According to the YouControl system, the co-owner of this LLC is Yegor Dorovskiy.
Established in 2001, Zdorovye pharmaceutical company produces more than 300 drugs of all pharmacotherapeutic groups. It is among the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in Ukraine, has certificates of compliance with GMP requirements of the European Union and Ukraine.
As reported, according to the results of 2021, the pharmaceutical company increased its net loss by 8.5% – up to UAH 39.559 mln.
According to Opendatabot, the owners of the pharmaceutical company Zdorovye are Pharmgruppe Zdorovye LLC and Research Plant GNCLS LLC. The ultimate beneficiary is Alexander Dorovsky (Poland).
Earlier, the media reported that the owner of the company is Alexander Shishkin, a member of the Defense and Security Committee of the Russian Federation Council.
The head of the National Bank of Ukraine, Kirill Shevchenko, submitted his resignation to the President of Ukraine on Tuesday, the NBU said in a statement.
“For reasons related to health, which I cannot ignore in the future, I made a difficult decision for myself. I am leaving the post of head of the NBU. I have asked the President of Ukraine to accept my resignation,” Shevchenko is quoted as saying.
He thanked the head of state Volodymyr Zelensky for the trust shown and joint work for the benefit of the state in peacetime and wartime, as well as the NBU team and colleagues from all over the financial market.
“From the first days at the NBU, I was, first of all, an anti-crisis manager and fulfilled my mission: I ensured the smooth operation of the financial system in the extremely difficult time of a full-scale war. The war became another difficult test for our team and me personally – and we passed it with dignity,” – said the head of the NBU.
According to him, the National Bank managed to ensure the smooth operation of the financial system, prevent panic in the foreign exchange market, stop a large-scale outflow of capital in order to protect reserves, keep inflation at an adequate level and “support the state budget, understanding the difficulties in attracting funds during the war.”
“Today, the NBU is indeed stronger than ever in its ability to meet challenges and overcome crises, it is worthy of being tested by war. And it retains its ability to be the basis of post-war economic recovery and direct the entire financial sector to this,” Shevchenko stressed.
He said he was handing over the banking system to a strong, capitalized, resilient banking system for those who would come after him.
“Until the relevant decisions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the dismissal and appointment of the head of the National Bank are made, the Board of the National Bank will continue to perform its functions and manage the activities of the National Bank in its current composition,” the message says.
As reported, the Rada appointed Shevchenko head of the NBU on July 16, 2020, before that he was the head of the board of the state-owned Ukrgasbank.
Earlier, on July 1, 2020, the head of the NBU, Yakov Smoliy, resigned due to political pressure.
Head of Zaporizhia Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Starukh has said that as of midday on Wednesday, the radiation background in the region remains within the natural range and does not pose a threat to human health.

“Today we have selected the head of the state-owned enterprise Ukrspyrt, whose key task is to complete the program of demonopolization of the alcohol market, which is now being quite successfully implemented, and to prepare for privatization,” Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy Oleksiy Liubchenko said.

Former player and coach of Dynamo Sergey Rebrov will become a new coach of the Ukrainian national football team, he will be appointed on August 9, according to sports media outlets.
According to Sport.ua, sources at the House of Football have confirmed the relevant information.
“The 47-year-old mentor has agreed to break a contract with Al-Ain Football Club and will be presented as the coach of the Ukrainian national team on Monday,” the edition writes.

The meeting participants discussed a project to create in Ukraine a high-mountain all-season sports and tourist cluster “Borzhava”. It was presented by Gernot Leitner, a representative of Austrian ski industry, a long-term participant in the preparation of Summer and Winter Olympic Games, the beneficial owner of Borzhava Asset.
He said that the coronavirus pandemic in the world has created such conditions when each state undertakes to develop domestic resources. In his opinion, Ukraine has unique resources and nature, and the location of the future cluster – mountainous Borzhava with its location and transport links will contribute to the development of tourism potential of the entire region.
Leitner hopes that this meeting will become a key one for the development of the project, the signing of a memorandum, which sets out all the steps that must be taken by the state, communities and investors, and its implementation.
“The sooner you are ready to submit a detailed project, deadlines, estimates to the president – the better. We are ready to assist at all levels. As soon as these two stages are passed, after processing the memorandum by lawyers, we will be ready to sign it,” Yermak said.
The position of good prospects for Ukraine from the implementation of the project was supported by the Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture Ihor Petrashko, the Minister of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Roman Abramovsky. Petrashko said that the mechanisms of public-private partnership and “investment nanny” can be used for this. In turn, Abramovsky stressed the importance of preserving natural environment in the place of the cluster.
