VASYL KHMELNYTSKY FOUNDATION K.FUND ANNOUNCES REBRANDING

The updated stylistics represents the evolution of the brand identity and is optimized for working in the digital environment

Foundation of the Ukrainian entrepreneur Vasyl Khmelnytsky K.FUND, which develops a number of social initiatives in Ukraine, announces rebranding.

Сhanges in the visual style of the foundation demonstrate evolution of the brand identity and reflect organization’s desire to take a more active part in the implementation of projects for the youth. The updated design is optimized for working in digital environment.

Each area of the foundation’s activities now has its own special color. Brand’s life-affirming compositions with a bright background energize and emphasize creative essence of the foundation’s activities.

“K.FUND was established more than five years back. Visual brand constants were set in a classic, rather conservative style. It fulfilled its function at the initial stage of the company development. The key task of the foundation is to help young people, first of all, unleash their potential in Ukraine. The new modern style of K.FUND puts the brand in the coordinate system of this audience,” commented Dmytro Zverev, Chief Reputation Officer  at UFuture Holding Company, Vice President of K.FUND.

PRESIDENT OF K.FUND FOUNDATION IS ASSIGNED LIDIA PASHCHUK

The Vasyl Khmelnytsky K.Fund foundation was headed by Lidia Pashchuk, who had been managing one of the foundation’s key projects for about four years — the Small and Medium Entrepreneurship School. Under her leadership, the SME School covered 15 Ukrainian cities, and more than 1,000 entrepreneurs graduated from it. Lidia will replace Fedor Logvinenko, who decided to focus on developing his own business.
“The main goal of K.Fund is to support creative industries through education and personal development. As President of the foundation, I plan to develop and deepen cooperation with international and Ukrainian partners for the development of Ukraine’s economy, as well as to implement educational projects aimed at developing people of all ages, including schoolchildren. Of course, the development of small and medium enterprises will be one of my priorities,” said Lidia Pashchuk.
The new president of K.Fund is a candidate of economic sciences, a certified lecturer at the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and an associate professor at the Department of International Economics and Marketing at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, consultant to international organizations. Lidia has more than 15 years of experience in leading international and domestic companies and institutions, in particular, in the World Bank. As a consultant, marketer and manager, she participated in the development and implementation of projects for the assessment and restructuring of enterprises, business reorganization, strategic marketing, communication policy, creation and promotion of new brands, research of local and international markets, etc.

BUSINESSMAN VASYL KHMELNYTSKY’S K.FUND, KHARKIV POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE TO BUILD INNOVATIONS CAMPUS IN KHARKIV

Businessman Vasyl Khmelnytsky’s K.Fund and Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute will build and open in Kharkiv the Innovations Campus educational space worth more than UAH 60 million by the end of 2018, the press service of the UFuture investment group has reported.
“Construction work is due to begin in April, and the campus will start operating at the end of 2018. The task of the project is to enable Ukrainian specialists to develop and be successful in Ukraine,” the report says.
The training will be based on an innovative educational program, which was developed by UNIT Factory specialists in cooperation with Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute and other Ukrainian higher educational establishments.
In addition, the Small and Medium Entrepreneurship School will continue its work at the campus, whereas modern co-working will open the possibility for start-ups and creative young professionals to get jobs, qualified professional business support, security, access to knowledge.
The organizers also plan to attract investments from the state, enterprises and local business to finance this social and educational project.
As reported, First Vice-President of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (ULIE) Vasyl Khmelnytsky is the majority shareholder of UDP.
In early October 2017, he merged his business projects and social initiatives under the brand UFuture Investment Group (Brussels). The chief managing director of UFuture became the head of the ULIE office in Brussels, Mykola Tymoschuk.
The group included UDP, as well as businesses of Khmelnytsky: UDP Renewables, Bila Tserkva industrial park, innovative parks UNIT.City and LvivTech.City. The group is open to the creation of joint ventures and the attraction of new partners.
Support of social projects in the sphere of economy and education is provided by Khmelnytsky’s K.Fund.
UDP is one of the largest development companies in Ukraine. It has been operating in the market since 2002 and has implemented 11 projects with a total area of 3 million square meters. Among the most famous projects are the development of Kyiv airport, the construction of the Ocean Plaza trade and entertainment center and the RiverStone and Parkove Misto residential complexes in Kyiv.
