In January-August 2024, Kokhavyno Paper Mill (KPM, Lviv region), which produces sanitary paper products, increased its production by 67.4% year-on-year to UAH 1 billion 279 million, according to statistics from UkrPapir Association.
As reported, in the first seven months of the year, the mill’s production growth was 61.1%, and in the first six months of the year it was 54.5% compared to the same period last year.
According to the association’s statistics provided to Interfax-Ukraine, the production of the base paper for sanitary products at the mill increased by 34.8% to 37.7 thousand tons over the eight months.
The production of toilet paper in rolls remained at the last year’s level – 90.4 million units. KPF confidently ranks second in terms of its output after Kyiv CPP.
As reported, in October last year, Kokhava Pulp and Paper Mill put into operation a paper machine for the production of cellulose base paper (previously, it produced only waste paper-based products). To organize such production in 2021, the mill attracted a EUR 13.8 million loan from the EBRD.

Kokhavyn paper mill (KBF, Lviv region), which produces sanitary and hygienic paper products, in January-July 2024 increased its output by 61.1% against the same period of 2023 – up to UAH 1 billion 069 million, according to the statistics of the association “UkrPapir”.
As reported, at the end of the half-year the factory’s production growth amounted to 54.5% to the same period last year.
According to the statistical data of the association provided to Interfax-Ukraine, in physical terms, the production of paper-base for sanitary-hygienic products at the factory for seven months increased by 33.6% – up to 32.5 thousand tons.
The output of toilet paper in rolls increased by 1.5% to 80.1 million pieces. KPF confidently ranks second in its output after Kyiv PPC.
As it was reported, in October 2023 Kokhava BF commissioned a paper machine for production of cellulose base paper (earlier they produced only on recovered paper basis). KBF attracted EUR13.8 mln loan from EBRD to organize such production in 2021.
Kokhavinskaya PF, which has been operating since 1939, produces backing paper for sanitary goods, as well as toilet paper and paper towels. Prior to the commissioning of the new machine, it had two PPMs with a total capacity of 40,000 tons of backing paper per year.

In the period from June 17 to October 24 this year, the shareholders of Kokhavynska Paper Mill JSC (KPM, Lviv region) will be paid dividends for 2023 totaling UAH 6.852 million out of the net profit of UAH 137.043 million.
According to the company’s publication in the disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), the relevant decision was made by the general meeting of shareholders on April 25.
Dividends will be paid in the amount of UAH 2.41 per share with a par value of UAH 0.25.
According to the NSSMC data for the first quarter of 2024, almost 12% of the company’s authorized capital belongs to the chairman of the supervisory board Mykhailo Tytykalo, his daughter and member of the SB Larysa Tytykalo – 8.49%, his granddaughter Maria Goryanskaya – 10%, Tamara Tytykalo – 15.5%, members of the Supervisory Board Oleksandr Teletkov, Igor Kostyrko and Roman Pirig – more than 11.12% and 11.92% and 7.88%, respectively, and Oksana Serembytska – 7.88%.
The authorized capital of the company is UAH 711.83 million, divided into 2 million 847 thousand 328 shares.
