In January 2024, TAS Insurance Group attracted UAH 357.76 million in insurance premiums, which is 30.6% more than the amount of payments collected by the company during the first month of last year.
According to the company’s website, motor hull insurance premiums amounted to 15.19% of the total, or UAH 54.34 million, which is 16.4% higher than in January 2023, motor third party liability insurance premiums – 26.96%, or UAH 96.47 million (+32.3%), Green Card premiums – 25.82%, or UAH 92.3 million (+70.6%), and voluntary health insurance premiums – 21.54%, or UAH 77.07 million (+5.6%).
At the same time, UAH 10.46 million of premiums were collected under property insurance contracts, which is 54.9% more than in January last year.
Under other insurance contracts, TAS IG collected UAH 27.04 million of insurance premiums in the reporting period.

In 2023, TAS Insurance Group (Kyiv) concluded 2.455 million insurance contracts, of which 1.388 million were for voluntary insurance and 1.067 million were for compulsory insurance, according to the company’s website.
According to the insurer’s reports, 2.284 million of all issued contracts were concluded with individuals and 170.016 thousand with legal entities.
Last year, TAS issued 1.075 million new policies of compulsory motor third party liability insurance (MTPL), which is almost 20% more than the corresponding figure for 2022, and 242.6 thousand voluntary motor third party liability insurance contracts (+38%).
Sales of motor hull insurance also increased by 32%, with 91,130 thousand motor vehicle insurance contracts and 81,977 thousand travel insurance contracts concluded.
In addition, over the past year, the insurer issued 11,680 thousand property insurance contracts “Full Housing Protection” and 356,652 thousand car insurance contracts “Full Auto Protection”, which is 20% higher than the corresponding figure for 2022.
The company also notes that 1.152 million customers have entrusted their insurance coverage to it, which is more than 122 thousand more than in 2022.

In turn, UAH 1.150 billion of payments (+35.8%) were made for MOTPL, which is 32.48% of the total premiums for the year. Sales of the Green Card increased even more significantly, by 78.2%, to UAH 856.74 million, or 24.2% of the company’s total payments for the year.
At the same time, the share of VHI in the insurer’s portfolio amounted to 10.93% last year. Under voluntary health insurance contracts, TAS Group attracted UAH 386.91 million in premiums, which is 46.7% more than in 2022.
The company’s payments under property insurance contracts amounted to UAH 84.42 million, which is 13.8% higher than the corresponding figure for the year before last, and UAH 338.78 million of payments under other contracts (+33%).

According to the company’s website, payments under hull insurance contracts increased by 60.2% to UAH 402.78 million, which is 30.03% of the insurer’s total payments for 2023, MTPL – by 39% to UAH 491.21 million (36.62%), Green Card – by 64% to UAH 35.5 million (25.3%).
Payments under the Green Card increased by 2.9 times to UAH 238.05 million, which is 17.75% of the total amount of payments made by the insurer for the reporting period. VHI payments for the year increased by 44.2% to UAH 168.28 million (12.55%).
Under property insurance contracts, the company paid UAH 10.72 million last year, which is 19.6% more than in 2022.

According to the insurer’s website, the company collected UAH 652.81 million in insurance premiums under hull insurance contracts over 11 months, which is 20.25% of the total amount of the insurer’s payments and 44.1% higher than in January-November 2022.
The volume of premiums for MOTPL amounted to 32.23% or UAH 1.039 billion (+36.7%), for Green Card – 24.06% or UAH 775.65 million (+76.8%), for voluntary health insurance – 11.73% or UAH 378.3 million (+48.4%). Property insurance contracts attracted UAH 65.2 million in premiums, which is 13.4% more than in the same period last year.
Under other insurance contracts, TAS Group collected UAH 313.19 million in premiums for eleven months of 2023, which is 33.2% more than in January-November 2022.
As reported, the company paid UAH 1.2 billion (+47.7%) in indemnities during this period.
UAH 363 million (+62.2%) was paid under hull insurance contracts, which is 30.23% of the total amount of payments by the insurer, UAH 451.4 million (+39.7%), or 37.6%, Green Card – UAH 202.55 million (+59.9%), or 16.87% of the total amount of claims, VHI – UAH 145.7 million (+37.6%), or 12.3%.
Under property insurance contracts, TAS IG paid UAH 9.24 million in January-November, which is 20.4% more than in the same period last year. The company’s payments under other insurance contracts amounted to UAH 28.77 million.

In November 2023, TAS Insurance Group (Kyiv) increased the volume of premiums collected by 40.1% to UAH 299.31 million compared to the same period in 2022, according to the group’s website.
The collected premiums under hull insurance contracts for the period amounted to UAH 71.66 million, which is 23.94% of the company’s total premiums and 16.5% higher than the corresponding figure for November 2022.
MTPL accounted for 35.81% of the premiums collected, or UAH 107.18 million of premiums, which is 31.8% more than last year, while Green Card accounted for 27.14% or UAH 81.23 million of payments (+88.3%).
In turn, under voluntary health insurance contracts, TAS IG attracted UAH 6.89 million of insurance premiums, which is 63.2% more, under property insurance contracts – UAH 6.09 million of insurance payments, under other insurance contracts – UAH 26.26 million, which is 52.4% more than last year.
