Real wages in Ukraine in September 2018 compared with September 2017 increased by 12.9%, compared with August 2018 decreased by 1.2%, the State Statistics Service has reported.
According to the service, the average nominal wage of full-time employees in September 2018 compared with the previous month increased by 0.7%, in annual terms by 23%, reaching UAH 9,042, whereas in August it amounted to UAH 8,977, in July some UAH 9,170, June some UAH 9,141, May some UAH 8,725, April some UAH 8,480, March some UAH 8,382, February some UAH 7,828, and in January some UAH 7,711.
According to statistics, the largest rise in the average wage of full-time employees in September 2018 compared with September 2017 was observed in Poltava (by 29.1%), Vinnytsia (by 27%), Zaporizhia (by 26.6%), Dnipropetrovsk (by 25.7%), Kyiv (by 25.5%), Ivano-Frankivsk (by 24.9%), Volyn (by 24.1%), Lviv (by 24%), Chernivtsi (by 23.2%), Chernihiv (by 23.1%), Zakarpattia (by 22.9%), Ternopil (by 22.5%), Zhytomyr (by 22.1%), Cherkasy (22.1%), Khmelnytsky (by 21.9%), Sumy (by 21.5%), Odesa (by 21.2%), Rivne (by 21.1%), Kharkiv (by 20.8%), Kirovohrad (20.4%), Kherson (20%), Mykolaiv regions (19.6%), and Kyiv (19.2%).
Wage growth in Donetsk and Luhansk regions (excluding part of the JFO zone) was 22.1% and 24.3% respectively.
The highest level of wages in the past month was recorded in Kyiv at UAH 13,614, the lowest one in Ternopil region with UAH 7,061.
Real wages in Ukraine in August 2018 compared to August 2017 increased by 15.7%, compared to July 2018 it fell by 2.1%, the State Statistics Service has reported.

According to statistics, the largest growth in the average wage of full-time employees in August 2018 compared with August 2017 was recorded in Poltava (30.7%), Ternopil (30.2%), Vinnytsia (29.5%), Volyn (27.9%), Kherson (26.7%), Kyiv (27% ), Zhytomyr (26.7%), Odesa (26.7%), Zakarpattia (26.5%), Kirovohrad (26.2%), Lviv (26%), Zaporizhia (25.9%), Cherkasy (25.6%), Rivne (25.1%), Kharkiv (24.7%), Chernihiv and Sumy (24.2% each), Ivano-Frankivsk and Mykolaiv (24% each), Khmelnytsky (23.8%), Chernivtsi (23.5%) regions and Kyiv city (23.4%).
Wage growth in Donetsk and Luhansk regions (excluding part of the joint forces operation) was 25.9% and 28.8% respectively.
The highest level of wages in the past month was recorded in Kyiv at UAH 13,659, the lowest one in Chernihiv region at UAH 6,883.

Real wages in Ukraine in April 2018 compared to April 2017 increased by 12.5%, compared to March 2018 by 0.4%, the State Statistics Service has said.
The average nominal wage of full-day workers in April 2018 compared to March 2018 increased by 1.2%, in annual terms rose by 27.3%, amounting to UAH 8,382, whereas in March it was UAH 8,382, February UAH 7,828, January some UAH 7,711.
According to the statistics, the largest increase in the average salary of full-day workers in April 2018 compared with April 2017 was observed in Zaporizhia (32.7%), Vinnytsia (31.9%), Dnipropetrovsk (31.7%), Kyiv (30.1%), Zakarpattia (29.3%), Poltava (29.1%), Zhytomyr (27.7%), Volyn and Lviv (27.3%), Cherkasy (27.1%), Chernivtsi (23.9%), Sumy (25.9%), Ternopil (26.1%), Kirovohrad and Rivne (25.1%) regions and Kyiv city (21.9%).
Wage growth in Donetsk and Luhansk regions (excluding part of the uncontrolled territories) was 36.1% and 33.7% respectively.
The highest level of wages in the past month was recorded in Kyiv at UAH 13,150, the lowest one in Ternopil region at UAH 6,394.
In April 2018 compared to the same month in 2017 wages grew in the sphere of state administration and defense, compulsory social insurance (by 44.1%), transport enterprises, warehousing, postal and courier activities (32.8%), agriculture, forestry and fishery (30.8%), industry (27.9%), information and telecommunications (27.9%), construction (27.3%), administrative and support services (27.2%), wholesale and retail trade, repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles (24.7%), real estate operations (22.5%), education and in the sphere of art, sports, entertainment and recreation (21.4%), financial and insurance activities (18.8%), health care and social assistance (17.4%), professional, scientific and technical activities (19.2%), and temporary accommodation and catering (19%).
Real wages in Ukraine in February 2018 increased by 10.5% compared to February 2017, while compared to January 2018 it grew by 0.6%, the State Statistics Service has said.
According to its data, the average nominal salary of full time workers in February compared with January 2018 increased by 1.5%, in annual terms it grew by 26.1%, amounting to UAH 7,828, whereas in January 2018 it stood at UAH 7,711, in December at UAH 8,777 and in November at UAH 7,479.
According to statistics, the largest growth in the average salary of full time workers in February this year compared to February 2017 was seen in Zhytomyr (31.2%), Zakarpattia (31.1%), Vinnytsia (29.3%), Cherkasy (28.9%), Lviv (28.7%), Chernivtsi (27.7%), Zaporizhia and Dnipropetrovsk (27.6% each), Kirovohrad and Sumy (27.2%), Kyiv (26.8%), Chernihiv (26.6%) regions and Kyiv city (23.3%).
The wage growth in Donetsk and Luhansk regions (excluding certain areas) was 23.8% and 22.4% respectively.
The largest level of wages in the past month was recorded in Kyiv (UAH 12,124), the lowest one in Ternopil region (UAH 6,040).
