Ukraine since the beginning of the 2021/2022 marketing year (MY, July-June) and as of September 24 had exported 12.76 million tonnes of grain and leguminous crops, which is 12.7% more than the indicators for the same date of the previous MY.
According to the information and analytical portal of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine, to date, 7.74 million tonnes of wheat (2% less compared to the same date in the 2020/2021MY), 3.43 million tonnes of barley (23.97% more), 1.39 million tonnes of corn (2.1 times more), and 33,200 tonnes of flour (29.9% less) have been exported.
As of the indicated date, 28,700 tonnes of rye were also exported, which is 16.9 times more than the indicators of the last MY.
As reported, Ukraine in the 2020/2021 MY exported 44.72 million tonnes of grain and leguminous crops, including 16.64 million tonnes of wheat, 23.08 million tonnes of corn, 4.23 million tonnes of barley. Also, 126,900 tonnes of flour and 18,400 tonnes of rye were supplied to foreign markets.
In addition, Ukraine in the 2019/2020 MY exported 56.72 million tonnes of grain and leguminous crops.
