The rest of the country will be rainy, the night temperature will be 2-7° warm, during the day – 4-9°, in the eastern regions – 7-12°, in the south up to 15°, Ukrhydrometecenter said.
The wind is mainly northwestern, 7-12 m / s, in the western and southern regions in some places gusts of 15-20 m / s.

Net loss of medical and health institutions of trade unions of Ukraine, association of Ukrainian market of health-resort services PJSC “Ukrprofzdravnitsa” in 2022 decreased 1,9 times compared with 2021 and amounted to 35,5 million UAH.
As reported by the company in the information disclosure system of NKTSBFR, financial results of “Ukrprofzdravnitsa” and its subsidiaries will be approved at the general annual meeting of shareholders on April 24.
According to the report, assets of Ukrprofzdravnitsa in 2022 decreased by 4% and amounted to 928 mln hryvnia. Total accounts receivable decreased by 6.4% to UAH 120.6 mln. At the same time, current liabilities increased insignificantly up to UAH 97.3 mln, while there were no long-term liabilities at the end of the year.
The company’s uncovered loss last year increased 20% to UAH 234.7 mln.
The shareholders also intend to increase the share capital of Khmelnik Clinic (Vinnitsa oblast) by UAH 5.5 mln to UAH 19.9 mln.
It is also planned to change the name of Ukrprofzdravnitsa’s subsidiary, Clinical Sanatorium named after Gorky (Odessa region). It is also planned to change the name of a subsidiary of Ukrprofzdravnitsa – Gorky Clinical Sanatorium (Odessa) to “Clinical Sanatorium “First Recreational and Rehabilitation” and to make appropriate changes in its charter.
“Ukrprofzdravnitsa” created by the Federation of Trade Unions and the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine on disability (FPSU and FSSU). It is the largest enterprise in the medical and health institutions of the country and in general unites 42 spa and sanatorium enterprises. According to the website of “Ukrprofzdravnitsa”, it has 61 sources of mineral water and 13 fields of therapeutic mud.
Keramprom PJSC (Artemivka village, Donetsk region), which mines clay in Donetsk region, has reduced its net profit by 44.5% in 2022 as compared with 2021 – to UAH 11.365 million from UAH 20.494 million.
According to the data to the agenda of the annual meeting of shareholders, scheduled for April 25, which will be held remotely, the undistributed profits at the end of last year amounted to UAH 70.285 mln.
At the meeting it is planned to summarize the work in 2022 and distribute profits.
At that it is suggested to allocate net profit received by the company according to the results of work in 2022 in the amount of 11 million 365.444 thousand UAH for the payment of dividends. To pay out dividends on common registered shares of the company out of all profits for 2022 and also undistributed profits in the amount of 20 million 492,594 thousand UAH. To approve the amount of dividends amounting to UAH 31 mln 858.039 th., per one common registered share – UAH 101.45.
PJSC “Keramprom” (village Artemivka, Donetsk region) was founded in 1997, is engaged in clay production. Its production capacities amount to 300 thousand tons of clay a year. According to the company’s website, it is currently developing the Chilne deposit of white refractory clay in Kostyantynivka district of Donetsk region.
According to the NDE for the fourth quarter of 2022, shares of PrJSC “Chilne” are owned by Valery, Igor and Boris Bevzenko (49,8708%, 30,2515% and 8,9999% respectively), Anatoly and Larisa Popov (5,1757% each).
The registered capital of Keramprom PJSC is UAH 25.75 mln.
The U.S. authorities on Monday may announce the allocation of another package of military aid to Kyiv, this time in the amount of $2.6 billion, according to Western media, citing U.S. officials.
The package, among other things, will include various types of ammunition, anti-tank weapons, air surveillance radar, equipment for crossing water barriers, recovery vehicles, and missiles for NASAMS air defense systems.
The reports note that work on this military assistance in the United States has not yet been completed, and therefore changes may occur in the list of transferred weapons.
Ukraine’s state budget on Friday received a CAD$2.4 billion (about $1.8 billion) loan from Canada on favorable terms under a second supplementary agreement, the Ukrainian Finance Ministry said.
“Canada has once again demonstrated that it is a reliable partner of Ukraine: today we received CAD2.4 billion, which will be used primarily to finance priority state budget expenditures,” Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko said in a statement.
The Ministry of Finance specified that the additional credit was granted for 10 years with the interest rate of 1.5% per annum. The funds are provided through the mechanism of the IMF administrative account.
As reported, the external needs in financing the state budget of Ukraine in 2023 amount to about $ 38 billion, and after the recent increase of expenditures by 537 billion UAH they are estimated already at $ 42.5 billion.
According to the Ministry of Finance, by March 29, financing from international partners had already reached $9.17 billion by the beginning of this year, compared to $32.14 billion for the whole of last year. That includes $3.5 billion in grants from the U.S. this year, $4.85 billion in loans from the EU and another $495 million in loans and guarantees from Britain.
Domestic funding from government bonds this year amounted to $3.43 billion.
The International Monetary Fund’s four-year extended EFF financing program for Ukraine also envisions the country receiving $80 billion from multilateral and bilateral donors during this period, including $20 billion in grants and $60 billion in concessional loans, as well as another $20 billion in debt flow relief, said Gavin Gray, head of the Fund mission.
At a press conference on Friday, after announcing the decision to approve the $15.6 billion EFF program, he recalled two announcements made last week: from a group of official Ukrainian creditors about their willingness to defer the country’s debt payments for the program period and about Ukraine’s intention to agree the same with the holders of Eurobonds and other external commercial debts.
