Iltа, an official dealer of Peugeot, Citroën, DS, and Jeep, ended the January–September 2026 period with a net profit of 18.12 million UAH, which is 41.7% less than the corresponding figure for the first nine months of 2025.
According to the company’s published financial statements, its net revenue for this period increased by 10.3% to 639.12 million UAH.
Specifically, in the third quarter of this year, “Ilt” increased its net profit nearly fourfold compared to July–September 2025—to 14.8 million UAH—and significantly boosted it compared to the second quarter of this year, when this figure stood at 0.54 million UAH.
At the same time, net sales revenue decreased by 5.5% compared to the third quarter of last year—to 207 million UAH—which is also 9.2% less than the figure for the second quarter of 2026.
“Ilt” also reports that in August 2026, it commissioned a solar power plant (125 kW / 118.8 kW*peak) and an energy storage system (256 kWh) at its facility in Kyiv.
“The cost of purchasing and installing the equipment amounted to 4.289 million UAH (excluding VAT). The project was financed with funds raised under the state program ‘Affordable Loans 5-7-9%’ (in the ‘Energy Efficiency’ category),” the report states.
In addition, the company reported that the structure of its major clients is characterized by a consistently low level of diversification (a single counterparty—Sandoz LLC—accounts for 22% of the total vehicle leasing fleet), which may increase the risks of dependence on the financial condition of a single counterparty.
“Iltta” assesses competition in the industry as significant and identifies the dealerships of the ViDi Group—“ViDi Avenue” and “ViDi Elegance”—as its main competitors.
Expected revenue from signed but not yet fulfilled operating lease agreements amounts to 88.5 million UAH, while revenue from car sales agreements totals 6.2 million UAH.
Ilt LLC began operations in Ukraine in 1992 as the official importer of Peugeot vehicles, and in June 2010, it transferred its importer functions to Peugeot Citroën Ukraine LLC.
Currently, the company is the official dealer in Ukraine for Stellantis’ automotive brands—Peugeot, Citroën, DS, and Jeep—and an Opel service dealer in Kyiv and the Kyiv region. It operates two large auto centers in Kyiv—“Iltа in Pechersk” and “Iltа on Kharkivskyi Avenue”—as well as a service station, a logistics center, and spare parts warehouses.
The company provides operational leasing services for passenger and commercial vehicles, manages customer vehicles, sells new and used cars, and offers maintenance services; it also leases office space in its own seven-story office center, “Ilt Business Center.”
In 2025, “Ilt” saw its net profit decline by 15% compared to 2024—to 20.2 million UAH—and its revenue decrease by 8%—to 841.3 million UAH. Over the course of the year, the company sold 489 new and 115 used cars (compared to 582 and 109, respectively, in the previous year) and entered into operating leases for 13 cars (87 cars).
