PlanetAvto Is Issuing 100 Mln Hryvnia in Bonds at Annual Interest Rate of 24%

The Ukrainian leasing company Avtokredit Plus LLC, operating under the PlanetAvto brand, launched an initial offering of Series C corporate bonds totaling 100 million UAH on August 17, according to company materials and the PFTS stock exchange.

The issue consists of 100,000 registered, interest-bearing, unsecured bonds with a par value of 1,000 UAH each. The initial offering is taking place through the PFTS from August 17 to August 31, 2026. The investment company “UNIVER Capital” is acting as the organizer and underwriter.
The coupon rate for the first four interest periods is set at 24% per annum in hryvnia, with interest payments made quarterly. For subsequent periods, the prospectus provides for the possibility of setting the rate within a range of 5–35% per annum, in accordance with the terms of the issue.

The maturity date of the bonds is set for August 11, 2031. The terms of the issue also provide for mandatory periodic redemptions by the issuer, giving bondholders the opportunity to exit their investment prior to final maturity in accordance with the dates specified in the prospectus.
The company plans to use the proceeds to expand its auto finance leasing programs in Ukraine. On its website, PlanetAvto notes that 100% of the proceeds from the offering are earmarked for these purposes.

This is the company’s third corporate bond issue. In 2018, “Avtokredit Plus” issued Series A bonds worth 50 million UAH, and in 2021, Series B bonds worth 100 million UAH. According to the issuer, both previous issues were redeemed on time and in full.
As of the end of 2025, Avtokredit Plus’s equity stood at 74.9 million UAH, total assets at 132.2 million UAH, and net income at 4.3 million UAH.

Following the completion of the initial public offering and the registration of the issuance report with the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the company plans to list the bonds on the secondary market.
“Autocredit Plus” was registered in Dnipro in 2006 and specializes in financial leasing, the sale, and financing of automobiles. The company’s primary business activity is financial leasing.

UIAK will issue five-year bonds bearing 25% annual interest in first year

Ukrainian Investment and Analytical Company LLC (UIAC, Dnipro), which is engaged in automobile sales and financial leasing and is part of the non-bank financial group “Planetgroup,” has registered its debut public offering of five-year bonds with an annual offering of 50 million UAH.

According to the offering prospectus on the company’s website, the bonds have a face value of 1,000 UAH, an interest rate of 25% per annum in the first year of circulation, and quarterly coupon payments; for subsequent years, the rate will be determined separately within the range of 5–35% per annum.
The bond offering is scheduled to take place from August 25 to September 8 of this year through the PFTS stock exchange. The underwriter is the investment firm “Univer Capital” (both based in Kyiv).

“100% of the total funds raised (up to 50 million UAH) will be used to expand the leasing portfolio, increase the volume of financial leasing services, and optimize the financing structure,” the prospectus states regarding the purpose of the fundraising.
In the first half of this year, UIAK increased its revenue by 39.6% to 29.78 million UAH and its net profit by 41.5% to 3.09 million UAH.

Its total assets have grown by 27.6% since the beginning of the year—to 34.72 million UAH—and its equity has increased by 14.7%—to 24.14 million UAH.
Last year, UIAK increased its revenue nearly 2.9-fold to 40.68 million UAH and maintained a net profit of 3.02 million UAH.

According to the prospectus, revenue is projected to reach 50 million UAH in 2026 and 52.8 million UAH the following year, while net profit is projected to be 5.0 million UAH and 5.4 million UAH, respectively. In 2030, these figures are expected to rise to 58.8 million UAH and 6.3 million UAH, respectively, while assets are projected to reach 61.0 million UAH and equity is expected to reach 48.6 million UAH.

In the summer of 2025, the company secured a one-year revolving credit line from A-Bank in the amount of 1.38 million UAH at an annual interest rate of 18.9% to replenish working capital.
Andriy Kovtun and Tetiana Yagupova are the co-owners of UIAK. Kovtun is also the controlling shareholder of “Planetgroup,” which also includes “AK Plus” LLC and “Avtokredit Plus” LLC.

NBU Revoked “Prosto Leasing”’s License

The National Bank of Ukraine has revoked the license of Prosto Leasing LLC to operate as a financial company authorized to engage in financial leasing, according to a statement on the regulator’s website.

The basis for this decision was the second violation within a single year of the mandatory requirement for “Prosto Leasing” to submit to the NBU an assurance report on its annual financial statements (reporting data), namely, a violation of the requirements of the Regulation on the Authorization of Financial Service Providers and the Conditions for Their Operation, approved by NBU Resolution No. 199.

As previously reported, on July 7, 2025, a corrective measure was imposed on the company in the form of a requirement to take steps to eliminate (correct) the violations identified during the supervisory review. The violation was rectified.

In 2026, “Prosto Leasing” committed a repeat violation (its second within a single year): it failed to submit to the National Bank an assurance report on its annual financial statements for 2025.

The decision to impose a corrective measure in the form of license revocation was adopted by the National Bank’s Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Non-Bank Financial Services Markets on July 20, 2026. It takes effect on the date the company is notified of the decision.

Prosto Leasing LLC is a Ukrainian financial company that has been operating in the operating and financial leasing market since August 2021. On February 19, 2024, the National Bank of Ukraine renewed the company’s license to provide financial leasing services and made the corresponding changes to the Register of Financial Institutions.

UKRAINIAN FARMERS RAISE UP AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT LEASING BY 22%

The portfolio of agricultural equipment provided by lessors to Ukrainian farmers increased by 22.2% in 2021, to 5,870 units, in particular, 2,050 tractors (35% of the total number of equipment), 645 combines (11%), 587 tillage machines (10%) and 530 seeders and harvesters (10%) were leased, according to the website of the Ukrainian Union of Lessors (UUL).
“The total number of agricultural machinery financed by organized market leasing companies amounted to 5,870 units as of the end of 2021. With this result, the lessors’ portfolio of agricultural machinery increased by 22.2% over the year, which indicates the industry’s ability to meet the growing demand of a domestic agricultural producer for the renewal and modernization of agricultural machinery,” the union said in a statement.
At the same time, UUL member companies in 2021 accounted for 2,410 units of agricultural machinery leased (41% of the total portfolio), which is 10.5% more than in 2020.
Among the union’s members, OTP Leasing concluded the most transactions for leasing agricultural machinery last year – 1,250 units (52% of the total), Kredobank – 360 units (15%), Alfa-Leasing – 260 units (11%), and ULF Finance – 168 units (7%).
The most intensive deals on leasing agricultural machinery were carried out in the second and third quarters of 2021 – 684 units and 679 units, respectively, due to the seasonality of the agricultural business.

KYIV CITY APPROVES LEASING OF 22.2 HA FOR OFFICES AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS IN UNIT.CITY

The Kyiv City Council at a session on Thursday, September 20, made a decision to lease two land parcels with a total area of 22.2 ha located at 8, Simyi Khokhlovykh to companies UNIT Zhytloinvest and UNIT Holdings to build a residential and office complex. A total of 71 lawmakers backed the lease of 8.2 ha land parcel to UNIT Zhytloinvest and 83 lawmakers supported the lease of 14 ha to UNIT Holdings. As reported, KAN Development and UDP in 2019 will start building a residential complex of 170,000 square meters in Kyiv-based UNIT.City innovative park. The share of housing will be around 30% of the park.
The project provides a mix of housing of business and comfort classes. The construction is scheduled to begin in 2019, and the first stage, which will account for 15% of the total area (about 25,000 square meters), will be commissioned in 12-14 months.
KAN Development is also engaged in joint development for the construction of a six-story business center on UNIT.City’s area. Its commissioning is planned before the end of 2018. Its total area is about 13,000 square meters. At the same time, preliminary lease agreements have already been signed for 90% of the area. Under this project, UDP and KAN Development act as co-investors.
Apart from housing, UNIT.City will also have a university, a school, a kindergarten in the future.
As reported with reference to founder of the UFuture investment group and K.Fund Vasyl Khmelnytsky, it is planned that the area of the UNIT.City innovation park in Kyiv will be expanded to 26 hectares from 19 hectares (as of May 2018).
The UNIT.City innovation park officially opened in April 2017 on the territory of the former Kyiv Motorcycle Plant. Its territory comprises the Chasopys-UNIT co-working facility, IT school UNIT Factory, three laboratories, a business campus, a fund and five accelerators.
According to UNIT.City’s website, four new business campuses, three accelerators, four funds will be created in the park before 2019. The number of resident companies will be increased to 100. By 2025, the park should include 25 hectares of space for work and leisure, as well as more than 300 companies and R&D laboratories.
