UKRAINE’S PRIME MINISTER TO VISIT GERMANY ON NOVEMBER 29

Ukraine’s Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman will participate in a business forum in Germany that starts on November 29. “I will be happy to visit Germany in late November to participate in the third business forum,” Groysman said during his meeting with German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Kyiv on November 1. Also, he recalled that a Ukrainian-German chamber of commerce started to work recently. It was created on Merkel’s initiative with Ukraine’s support.
“I think that we are now in a very good dimension of our relations. And your visit is the latest evidence that theses relations will have a very good perspective in the future,” Groysman said.
Ukraine will participate in the Third Ukrainian-German Investments Business Forum on November 29.

THE INTERNATIONAL EQUESTRIAN MARTIAL ARTS FESTIVAL «SCYTHIANS-2» WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE «KYIVAN RUS PARK» ON NOVEMBER, 03 AND 04

YULIA TYMOSHENKO MOST POPULAR AMONG PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES

Some 13.4% of Ukrainians are ready to vote for leader of the All-Ukrainian Batkivschyna Party Yulia Tymoshenko, 7.6% for showman Volodymyr Zelensky, incumbent President and Civic Position Party heads Petro Poroshenko and Anatoliy Hrytsenko, respectively – 7%, and Opposition Bloc Party head Yuriy Boiko – 6.9%.
These are the results of the joint survey conducted by Social Monitoring, the Yaremko Ukrainian Institute of Social Research, Kyiv International Institute of Sociology and the Rating sociological group.
Poll results show 18.9% are ready to support Tymoshenko, Zelensky – 10.7%, Hrytsenko and Zelensky – 9.9% and Boiko – 8%.
Some 75.8% of respondents said that they definitely intended to vote in the presidential elections in Ukraine or were likely to go to the polls, while 19.5% said they would not vote for sure or were inclined not to participate. Some 13,684 respondents were interviewed. The survey was conducted from September 28 to October 16, 2018 throughout Ukraine, with the exception of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. The margin of error does not exceed 0.85%.

LARGE ALCOHOL PRODUCER BRINGS UKRAINIAN WINES TO POLISH MARKET

The Bayadera Group, a large alcohol producing holding in the Ukrainian market, has brought wines under the Koblevo trademark to the Polish market. “Regular deliveries began on November 1. In Poland, 12 positions of wines under the Koblevo trademark will be available: six positions in retail chains and six more – in specialized wine shops,” the group’s press service told Interfax-Ukraine.
Bayadera Group, in particular, intends to work with a major Polish distributor of wines – Ambra. Bayadera Group was established in 1991. Its owners are Natalia Bondareva and Sviatoslav Nechytailo. The company owns such assets in the alcohol industry as distribution companies and alcohol production facilities in Ukraine and Belarus. It produces wine, vermouth and cognac and is the exclusive importer of international alcohol brands in Ukraine. The main trademarks are Persha Gildiya, Kozatska Rada, Hlibny Dar, Koblevo, Marengo, and others.
