Rain is expected in the east, Kyiv Oblast, and Cherkasy Oblast on Sunday, November 1, with nighttime temperatures ranging from 2 to 8° above zero and daytime temperatures from 6 to 11°; in Zakarpattia, the south, and the east of the country, temperatures will reach up to 15°, according to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.
“In the northeast, Kyiv Oblast, and Cherkasy Oblast, there will be rain at night; the rest of the country will see no significant precipitation. In the western regions, there will be fog in some areas at night and in the morning,” the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center stated in a Saturday report.
The wind will be predominantly northwesterly, 5–10 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will range from 2–8° above zero, reaching up to 11° in the east and southeast of the country; daytime temperatures will range from 6–11°, reaching up to 15° in Transcarpathia, the south, and the east of the country.
In Kyiv on November 1, rain is expected, with a northwesterly wind of 5–10 m/s; nighttime temperatures will range from 5 to 7° above zero, and daytime temperatures from 8 to 10°.
According to data from the Boris Sreznevsky Central Geophysical Observatory, the highest daytime temperature recorded in Kyiv on November 1 was 23.2 in 1926, and the lowest nighttime temperature was –16.8 in 1920.
On Monday, November 2, there will be no significant precipitation, with only light rain overnight in the northeast of the country. In the Carpathians, as well as in the east and northeast of the country, there will be fog in some areas overnight and in the morning. The wind will be from the northwest, and from the northeast in the southern part of the country, at 5–10 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will range from 2 to 8° above zero; daytime temperatures will range from 6 to 11°, reaching up to 15° in the southeast of the country.
In Kyiv on Monday, November 2, it will be cloudy. No significant precipitation is expected. The wind will be from the northwest at 5–10 m/s. Nighttime temperatures will range from 5–7° above zero, and daytime temperatures from 8–10°.
