The State Emergencies Service of Ukraine on Sunday reported a high risk of avalanches from April 30 to May 1 in the highlands of Ivano-Frankivsk and eastern Transcarpathian region.
As reported on the website of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the third level of danger has been declared.
