PJSC “Novoselivsky Mining and Processing Plant” (NGZK, Kharkiv Oblast) saw its net profit decline by 7.8% in January–June of this year compared to the same period last year—to 12.480 million UAH from 13.536 million UAH.
According to the company’s interim report, available to the agency “Interfax-Ukraine,” revenue from ordinary activities for this period rose by 7.4%—to 112.440 million UAH.
Retained earnings as of the end of June 2026 amounted to 116.772 million UAH.
As previously reported, NGZK posted a net loss of 4.441 million UAH in January–March of this year, whereas in the same period last year it reported a net profit of 3.677 million UAH; revenue from ordinary operations for that period was 36.067 million UAH (47.396 million UAH).
According to the annual report, NGZK increased its net profit to 20.170 million UAH in 2025 from 18.938 million UAH in 2024. At the same time, revenue from ordinary operations for this period increased compared to 2024, rising to 190.631 million UAH from 168.553 million UAH.
In 2024, NGZK increased its net profit by 6.1% compared to 2023—to 18.938 million UAH, while net revenue rose by 11.6% to 168.553 million UAH.
The Novoselivsky Mining and Processing Plant was established in 2000. It is engaged in the extraction of sand, gravel, and clay.
According to data from the National Securities and Stock Market Commission for the first quarter of 2026, Silica Holding LLC (Ukraine) owns 94.8205% of the public joint-stock company.
The authorized capital is 21.25 million UAH.

KMZ Industries (Karlivsky Machine-Building Plant, KMZ, Poltava region) has won a tender for the manufacture of hoppers for a new feed mill being built in the Kharkiv region in 2026, the company’s press service reported on Facebook.
According to the report, KMZ Industries will manufacture 16 metal silos with a total capacity of 1,084 cubic meters to expand the customer’s production capacity as part of the project. The hoppers will be used to store raw materials and semi-finished products for feed production.
“Investments in compound feed production demonstrate the desire of agricultural companies to increase added value, build more closed production cycles, and develop domestic processing. It is precisely such projects that form the long-term basis for the growth of the industry and determine the vector of development of the Ukrainian agro-industrial complex,” the company noted.
For KMZ Industries, this project is its first experience of cooperation with the customer and, at the same time, a continuation of its work in the agricultural processing segment, where the company already has practical experience in implementing similar solutions.
KMZ Industries is the largest manufacturer of elevator equipment in Ukraine and produces a full range of products, including silos, grain dryers, transport equipment, and separators, as well as providing automation and installation services.
According to the company, it has built more than 5,000 facilities. KMZ Industries silos with a total volume of more than 12.5 million cubic meters are in operation.
Agrotrade agricultural holding has started sowing mustard in the fields of Kupiansk district, Kharkiv region, with 600 hectares of land allocated for the crop, the company’s press service reported on Facebook.
“Mustard is the crop that best tolerates deteriorating weather conditions, so we started with it. In addition, we continue sowing spring wheat in the weakened areas allocated for winter wheat. Currently, the soil is well cultivated and has sufficient moisture, which is conducive to high-quality sowing. So we don’t see any risks for the sowing campaign yet,” said Oleksandr Ovsyanyk, Director of Agrotrade’s Agricultural Department.
He added that the company plans to start sowing sunflower and corn in parallel on April 11, and the sowing campaign is expected to be completed by May 10.

In total, “Ukrposhta” resumed work in 61% of the liberated settlements in the region.

Harvesting of early grains has begun in Kharkiv region, the press service of the regional military administration reported with reference to the department of agro-industrial development.
“To date, the first mowing of winter barley and wheat has been made. Some 1,292 tonnes of early grain and leguminous crops have been harvested from an area of 450 hectares, or 0.1% of the harvested area (438,200 hectares)… In terms of crops threshed: winter wheat – 866 tonnes from an area of 345 hectares (0.1% of the harvested area), the average yield is 25.1 centners per ha; winter barley – 426 tonnes from an area of 106 hectares (0.1% of the harvested area), yield – 40.2 centners per hectare,” the press service of Kharkiv regional military administration told an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent.
This year, in Kharkiv region, farmers sowed 438,200 hectares with early cereals and legumes (excluding temporarily occupied territories and zones of active hostilities), of which wheat (winter and spring) – 348,900 hectares; barley (winter and spring) – 73,100 ha; rye – 1,400 hectares; oats – 2,700 hectares (54%); and peas – 12,100 hectares.
The Department of Agro-Industrial Development also noted that as of July 5, according to the recent data of the district administrations, 22,600 hectares (1.2% of the total arable land) need to be cleared or surveyed for the presence of sites contaminated with explosive objects. We are talking about farmland in Bohodukhiv (12,000 hectares); Kharkiv (2,580 ha) and Chuhuiv (8,090 d ha) districts of the region.
“On the territories of Izium, Kupiansk, partially Bohodukhiv, Kharkiv and Chuhuiv districts, hostilities continue, therefore, information about the territories that require examination for the presence of explosive objects in Kharkiv region is constantly changing and being updated,” the press service quoted the department.
