EVA’s owner’s revenue for first half of year rose by 21% to 18 bln hryvnia

Rush LLC, the owner of the EVA chain in Ukraine, reported a 21.4% increase in net revenue for January–June 2026 compared to the same period in 2025—to 18 billion UAH—while net profit rose by a quarter to 674.5 million UAH.

According to the company’s filing in the disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, its gross profit in the first half of 2026 grew by 26.8% to 6.5 billion UAH.
Rush’s retained earnings increased by 0.7% to 5.9 billion UAH, long-term liabilities rose by 19.6% to 5.3 billion UAH, and short-term liabilities increased by 1% to 8.1 billion UAH. Rush’s assets increased by 5.2% to UAH 20.2 billion.

As of June 30, 2026, Rush LLC had issued long-term unsecured Series “H” and “G” series unsecured bonds with a face value of 500 million UAH maturing in 2027, as well as “I” series bonds with a face value of 500 million UAH maturing in May 2030, with potential call options in May 2026 and 2028.
As noted in the report, as of June 30, 2026, the EVA chain had 1,185 stores in various regions of Ukraine. Since the beginning of the year, the company has opened 27 new retail locations.

As previously reported, the EVA chain’s distribution center in Brovary (Kyiv Oblast) was damaged as a result of a Russian attack on August 18.
Rush LLC was founded in 2002. According to the YouControl analytics system, the company’s owner is listed as the Cypriot firm Incetera Holdings Limited (100%), with Ruslan Shostak (through the Cypriot company Mitali Holdings Ltd) and Valeriy Kiptyk (through the Cypriot company Kingsbarns Holdings Limited) as the ultimate beneficiaries.

Online store EVA.UA increased traffic by 23% during Black Friday

Traffic to the EVA.UA online store increased by 23% during Black Friday (from November 13 to December 2), compared to the same promotional period in 2024, with the average check increasing by 17%, according to the company’s press service.

“During Black Friday, traffic to the EVA.UA online store increased by 23% compared to the same period in 2024. On November 28 alone, it increased by 30%. On that day, we achieved a record attendance of over 1 million visits,” said Ruslan Sazonov, head of marketing for the EVA.UA online store.

At the same time, the average daily number of online orders during Black Friday increased by 25% compared to last year’s figure.

The average check of EVA.UA customers increased by 17% compared to last year’s Black Friday period. In EVA beauty stores, it increased by 12%. At EVA, growth peaked at 10%.

The largest sales growth across all channels was seen in the categories “Perfumes,” “Face and Body Care,” and “Hair Care.” The EVA beauty advent calendar became the absolute sales leader among the entire range on EVA.UA.

Vasylina Petlytska, director of the EVA beauty business line, noted the pronounced interest of buyers, especially from the western region, in gift sets. “Obviously, many people used Black Friday as an opportunity to buy gifts for St. Nicholas Day at a bargain price,” she said.

Rush LLC, which manages the EVA chain, was founded in 2002. As of early 2025, the chain had 1,109 stores in operation.

According to YouControl, the owner of Rush LLC is listed as Incetera Holdings Limited (100%), a Cypriot company, and the ultimate beneficiaries are Ruslana Shostak and Valeria Kiptika.

At the end of Q3 2025, Rush’s net income increased by 18.6% compared to the same period last year, to UAH 22.916 billion. Net profit decreased by 14.7% to UAH 1.7 billion.

RUSH retailer opens 168 stores in Ukraine in 2017

RUSH LLC (Dnipro), the owner of the Eva drogerie store chain in Ukraine, expanded its chain by 168 stores in 2017, to 610 outlets in different cities and towns.
The company said in a press release that in December 2017, the company opened five new stores in central Ukraine, six in eastern Ukraine and five each in south and west of Ukraine. The total retail area of the chain reached over 88,000 square meters.
As reported, in November 2017, Eva launched an online shop. Buyers can use Nova Poshta delivery company to receive the goods from the online shop.
RUSH LLC was founded in 2002. The retailer has 33 house brands presented in the chain. In 2008, Nometros Investments Ltd. (Cyprus) acquired 100% of RUSH LLC. According to the unified register of companies, as of January 16, 2018, the ultimate beneficiaries of the company are Ukrainian businessmen Ruslan Shostak and Valeriy Kiptyk.
